“we recently had to have our truck bumper painted from being scratched. We chose Preferred Auto Body and Custom because they are local and a small shop. When I took the truck for an estimate I was welcomed by the owners and the receptionist. Everyone was professional, welcoming and knowledgable. They took our truck in that same week and we had it back very quickly. The work they did was wonderful. The bumper looked as it did brand new. shortly after I noticed more imperfections on the other side of the bumper and they took care of the other side well after the original work. They are professional, take great care of your vehicle and their customer service is top notch. Will certainly return if ever need any other work done. Best in town and the area.”

“Let's be honest, when you're having car issues and you know you have to it to a mechanic, it can give you pretty bad anxiety. We can't help but think that the mechanic will completely empty out or wallets and come back to us with mechanical problems that don't even exist.This Auto Shop place is the complete opposite. Matt the mechanic is such an awesome guy and very hilarious. Tell him what the issue is and he'll fix it. He fixed my car and did an oil change for a very good price. “This was not my first choice of a Body shop when somebody keyed my vehicle during a friends funeral service. I had another shop do a front end conversion and loved the work but AAA would not stand by that shops work so they told me to go some where else until the last second they decided that G&C would do better. G&C made it supper easy and convenient. My obsidian black looks as factory with a mirror image. The manager Phil kept me up to date. Told me it should be done by a specific date and delivered to that date. I work 60 hours a week they made it easier by dropping my car off. I feel like the service they gave me was better than 5 stars. I respect that they treated my car with care. I'm a gear head and love cars and take pride in my lexus. I'm happy that the painter they have does good quality work. They delivered my vehicle freshly detailed even when it was raining it was extremely clean. I'll tell my customers where to go to if they need autobody work done. Here is a couple pictures to show everybody how good it really came out !!!! Thanks again !!!!”
