I decided to bring my car in and the actual cost was higher than the estimate, but which was normal because there were more damage underneath the part. The repair cost was higher than the check amount which was written by the insurance company. Bill, the owner, asked me for the needed paperwork and taken care of the rest. I didn't have to do anything, just wait for the vehicle to get repaired. The price is reasonable, compared to other collisions center. The front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. “This review is a year after the fact, but that's probably even better given that Greg at Alioto's just recently demonstrated his/their commitment to their customers. Over a year ago, my car was with them for a couple of months, due to parts having to come in from overseas. Greg and his staff kept me updated along the way.A couple of weeks ago, my car had to go into the dealership for an electronic issue. When it was discovered that it was related to the body work done last year, I reached out to Greg. He did not hesitate to step up and make it right.
