“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“I've been using the same printer for the last 10 years, only to find they closed shop in 2022. Panic set in as I now had to find a replacement. After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I didn't have to explain what I needed and actually learned I could design my project a lot simpler than I have been. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. I'm so glad I found a new printer!”

“An artist’s paradise. Paints, brushes, markers, pastels, canvas and frames. The custom frames section is very helpful for finding the right products for your artwork. I was very fortunate to find the right sized frame in their inventory. Their gift section is filled with interesting souvenirs and stickers.”

“Brett, the printing person, was awesome! Not only did he do the initial job for my father's funeral program on the spot (which gave me a big relief because I didn't know how long of a lead time was needed), he helped me with the reprint because of a family dispute and felt really bad that I had to pay for a whole other set for just one adjustment. He gave me an adjusted price which was super sweet of him - I could tell he understood how distraught I was over it. He is the ultimate in customer service and I really felt supported by his actions and empathetic comments.”

I read up on it and found some models and then read that it's good to check out office liquidator stores for good-quality furniture. So I wound up at Cycon. The selection is really great and the furniture is in great condition. Shirley directed me to the perfect things based on my specs (high-end discounted). I arranged to have Lugg pick up and deliver and they too did a great job, with efficient and affordable service.”

“My laser printer suddenly stopped feeding paper and I needed to print out COVID documents for an upcoming trip to Europe. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean the rollers, but it still wouldn't work. I called Printer Plus and was told that it could possibly be fixed the same day. Google showed that the shop wasn't too busy during lunch hour, so I took my printer in after 12PM and was the only customer there. Vinh came out and helped carry my printer in. After I explained the problem, he opened the paper tray and immediately identified a broken part, which he had in stock. It took just a few minutes for him to let me know the cost for parts and labor. He told me to go shopping and return in an hour. When I got back, he demonstrated that the printer was repaired and I was on my way. So nice to have such great service, plus Vinh is a very nice guy! I'd recommend his services to anyone who would like to keep a working printer rather than send it to the junk pile.”

“I bought a couple of rock solid wooden bunk beds that Tom hooked me up with for less than $500.00. The mattresses were separately sold for $150.00 each and I think was that memory foam and it seemed very solid. Costco prices for similar looking bunk beds were twice the price and more - and same with other outfits. Delivery and set up price was outstanding and accommodating. The two fellows that did this were polite, professional, and my experience with all of this was outstanding. The little things count as well, like Tom recognizing my voice immediately when I called a couple days after visiting the show room. Next time I need furniture I'm going to check in here as part of my comparison shopping. I couldn't be more pleased.”
