“Ask for Andreas! I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm at Van Ness and California. We got a great deal with complimentary pillows and 0% financing. There was a great selection of mattresses to try at a variety of price points. Andreas was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He gave us lots of space to try the beds and talk on our own, he understood our needs, and he did not push us in anyway. I definitely recommend shopping here. If you are on a tight budget, request information on purchasing a returned mattress. Delivery to your door is free, or pay $99 for them to place the mattress, and they will haul away the old one, too.”

“I visited ESW because of a neighbor and also to see their store after all those years of radio ads. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my wife and I were able to zero in on the correct mattress - with the help of Steven whose years in the business enables him to look at your body features to determine the best mattress for you. We had a split King (Double XL Twin) as my wife and I determined our comfort levels were not the same. The sale promises and delivery was perfectly executed to our home in Fairfield. My wife got a "topper" right off while I felt I was good without one. After her talking about how good the topper was, I tried it a couple of nights - and she was right. I called Steven and he sent it UPS right away. Very pleased with the service and the mattresses.”

“I love Roomax. Quality product, fantastic company! I loved knowing who was making my wallbed and having it be in the same city as me.In 2018 I purchased a lateral queen wallbed with accompanying cabinetry from them. Since then I unexpectedly had to move twice and it is still super solid. I don't think cheaper options from another company would have been the same story.Astrid and Abraham are always amazing to work with. During the last move I had a small snag with the size of our corridor and called them in a bit of a panic. Within five minutes they were able to walk us through disassembling the front piece to be small enough to fit.Highly recommend!”

“The folks at Relax the Back on Van Ness/SF are AMAZING - I bought an X-Chair from them in May 2023 (which I LOVE), and a few months later the vibrating heater stopped working. I called the store to ask what I should do (there's a 3-year warranty on the X-Chairs), and one of the managers, Pam, told me they had a replacement at the store for this, and I could just come by and pick it up. I told her I would need to make arrangements and get back to them, as I live in Novato (North Bay) which is about 30 miles away. Pam asked me which exit in Novato, and when I told her, she said she would come to my house and drop off the part and install the new one for me. I was flabbergasted! I don't remember the last time I got customer service like this! It turns out that Pam lives not too far from me, and she was happy to drop by on her way home from work and install the new part. She showed up right when she said she would, and it took about 3 minutes for her to change out the part. It works great! I would give this store 100 stars if I could, they are absolutely wonderful and their products are top of the line.”

“Dimensional outlet furniture has cut rate prices. They were supposed to deliver a bed frame for me today but it wasn't in yet. They said they will probably come tomorrow and I'll get it Saturday or Sunday. I don't mind because I have good furniture at a good price. They assembled the furniture and took away all of the cardboard wrapping. I gave it a four because their selection is a teeny bit limited.”

“I had a back injury a couple months ago and my Simmons "Firm" mattress wasn't firm enough and my back hurts every morning. I ended up having to sleep on my hardwood floor while looking for a firm-enough mattress. I got the Coco-spring from Dreamland. they have a store in San Leandro where I visited and tried out their mattresses. The Coco-spring mattress is insanely comfortable. Firm but not harsh. I really enjoy it.”
