“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“I've been using the same printer for the last 10 years, only to find they closed shop in 2022. Panic set in as I now had to find a replacement. After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I didn't have to explain what I needed and actually learned I could design my project a lot simpler than I have been. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. I'm so glad I found a new printer!”

“Couldn't be happier with the service or products. I needed a cartridge for my Brother monochrome laser jet, and they had what I needed. It went right into printer and fired right up without any need to put in super-secret codes or anything, and the Brother software confirms that it reads it as a full cartridge. On top of that, they happily took in the exhausted old cartridges and drum that I've accumulated since the start of the pandemic, and so I'm free of that mess that was taking up space in my closet and happy that they'll be re-used. Service was quick, cordial and informative.”
