“So happy that this location opened near an errand hotspot AKA across the street from Target! Every time I have go to the UPS at other locations, I always felt weird or somewhat embarrassed because I had to return 10 things and I would take a while trying finding my Amazon QR codes. Not this place! The employees are so welcoming, warm and patient — making the experience not feel like an annoying errand or a burden to them. They are fast and you’re in & out in minutes, even if you’re returning a bunch of things! I believe it’s independently owned so go and support :)”

Today, Patricia was especially helpful when I didn't realize my package wasn't in an approved overbox for shipping. She offered some discarded packaging from a previous customer and saved me the hassle of a second trip. Thanks Patricia!”

“Amazing experience getting my Canadian passport photo taken. I had gotten my US passport photo taken the same day and there’s a huge difference in the quality and lighting on both. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The picture turned out perfect and I paid in Cash to avoid card fees!”

“This is my #1 choice for fingerprinting now! I have come several times and Ivana is always so kind, patient, and efficient. She is usually the only employee so you may have wait times but the office is a lovely environment so I don't mind. She also gets through everyone fast without reducing the quality or kindness of her work. She prefers cash or venmo but takes other payment forms as well. Highly recommend!”

“Located inside of island pacific market, small little kiosk on the left corner when walking in. Been going here for years, same nice Tita has been working there as long as I can remember. Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”
“It's not often that I will go out of my way to write a review, much less for a UPS store, but yet the service here in the short time I was here left me such an impression. Run more like a mom & pop shop (in the best way possible), I was seen, advised, and taken care of within the few minutes I arrived. Hai (I hope I'm remembering your name right) went out of his way to ensure my package was taken care of.
While the best UPS store is the one open and closest, I'd urge you to consider this store if you're considering at all the service you want to receive. I consider myself lucky to have this one be both.”

“I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service. Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Frank and team! Highly recommend!”

“This location offers the latest and most extended hours in the South Bay! A quaint postal outlet that features a one-stop convenience for a variety of mailing services. Great rates on private mailbox rental services, especially for the Sunnyvale area. Specializes in international shipping and receiving. This is truly an old fashioned, independent and heart felt "mom and pops" shop. So don't expect the polished glamour of the faceless corporation style commercial business; and you won't find 3 clueless kids pretending to be working there who can't answer any basic logical questions. (But also be a grownup, and don't be in a huge rush during prime hours, nor be offended by old world price haggling either.)I personally rather do business with independently owned and operated outlets, as I've had enough of the callous faceless corporations lately.”

What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. Highly recommend Post 'N More -- it's under new ownership, so they're waiting to get their LiveScan approved, a very lengthy process through the gov't for them.”

As a family member of a retired postal worker, I am aware of how they pile on the tasks and every task is timed and scrutinized. They did a great of helping everyone in line.”
