“I've been to this office 2 times and always have stellar service from the staff. April has exceeded my expectations in both of my visits and has been patient with answering any additional questions I've had. In my visits, I only had a small piece of mail to send out, nothing too complicated, so didn't think much of what experience I'd get when being helped. I was thoroughly impressed and was greeted with the utmost hospitality. April is good at her job and making sure it is done right. “This UPS Store sets the bar high for customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed at the door. They let everyone know how long they might expect to wait, and there were clear signs showing where the line started — simple details that made the process smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, when I mentioned I had more boxes, Noah went above and beyond. He offered me a dolly, stepped away to prop the door open, and even kindly lifted the boxes from the dolly onto the scale.
