“I had called Rob at Mancini's and was trying to find a comparable bed for my father's current bed which had also been purchased from Mancini's. I explained to him I couldn't nail anything down because of some stressful family circumstances. I called back three weeks later and of course the sale was off. After explaining about the drama, he was nice enough to go back to the company and see if they would honor the price and they did. I don't have a lot of money and buying my father a bed out of pocket isn't something I take lightly. I appreciate Rob taking the extra time to help me out.
