“I had called Rob at Mancini's and was trying to find a comparable bed for my father's current bed which had also been purchased from Mancini's. I explained to him I couldn't nail anything down because of some stressful family circumstances. I called back three weeks later and of course the sale was off. After explaining about the drama, he was nice enough to go back to the company and see if they would honor the price and they did. I don't have a lot of money and buying my father a bed out of pocket isn't something I take lightly. I appreciate Rob taking the extra time to help me out. The bed is fantastic and my father gets a great night sleep without being cocooned in a giant divot from his old bed. Thanks Rob. I need a bed and will be calling soon.”

As a mom of a toddler and infant, even my 3 year old loves coming to the store! We brought our 3 year old to DB&K for the first time to pick out a gift for his new baby brother and there was just so many items to choose from. I highly recommend DB&K for all families :)”

“I have been to this store many times and always find gems. We purchased a lovely console table from here. As with any consignment store, you may have to frequently visit before you find exactly what you're looking for. Shopping used requires patience, which I feel many people fail to realize. Even if I don't always purchase something here I always enjoy looking. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean. Prices are typically reasonable, and often times priced extremely well for the level of craftsmanship for the item.”

“I'd been looking for a reclining sectional for a few months, having visited many furniture stores in the Bay Area. This was my last try. I knew what I wanted as I told my friend I was with it would probably only take a couple minutes for me to walk through the store. But then there it was! A sectional that didn't look like a reclining chair and was the exact dimensions I was looking for. The woman that came to help me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She frequently mentioned how well made it was. It's actually something I noticed as well when looking at the sectional in the store. But with a big purchase like this, I wanted to think about it because it was not cheap, plus I was with a friend, so the next day I went back to discuss the couch in more detail.Most footrests in sectional recliners aren't very study or give you no room to move your feet and lower legs around. Not this one. I love how I don't worry about my feet dropping with the leg rest extended. Also, I love how the reclining foot rest is an independent power control from the back (or headrest). I can sit straight up with my feet out reading or I can recline the back too for a more relaxed position. The sectional I chose has both ends as power recliners and I also ordered a middle recliner for the long side in case hubby and I want to watch a movie together, we can sit on the same side, reclined. We got the standard lounge cushions which I much prefer over an upgraded choice of memory foam. (Memory foam always collapses whereas I prefer more of a bounce in my seating. I'm not saying theirs would collapse...just giving you my reasoning based on memory foam experiences with other furniture not purchased at Bassett.)The salesperson worked with me on picking a material. I pretty much knew what I wanted and fortunately, they had almost the same exact color and sturdiness I was looking for. She definitely knew what she was doing because I'm also pretty good at it and we were on the same page. I would trust her if I didn't know anything at all just in case you need their help. They will also come to your home to measure and help with material just in case you're wondering. Wish I could remember the salesperson's name now, but looking back on the paperwork the initials are TP. No full name on my paperwork. The couch came in exactly six weeks as they said when I purchased it and it's perfect in our home. Delivery was very smooth with good communication. I'm sitting in it now! I love this sectional! I need to add that this is an American made company too so it's a win win! Thank you Bassett!”

“I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.”

“Ive been to many Targets before mostly the San Ramon and Walnut Creek target. This Target always seems not very busy which is a huge plus. There is a-lot of Inventory here and mostly full shelves. If I am in the area, this is my preferred Target. This location has a great selection of food items and skin care/hba items which is great. This location now has a Ulta Beauty by Target which for those who like Ulta is a plus. Many of the items and products at Ulta are here. Downside is that there are limited self checkouts and cashiers at this Target.”

“the first thing you notice about the store is how fresh and clean everything seems when you first walk in. Many department stores especially during the holiday season have so many people come in and out it's probably hard to have to keep the place pretty clean. But this Target location does not have that problem. Everything is really cleaning when you first walk in the door you feel really comfortable about spending your hard earned money I love buying a baby gel that they have here at this location. I do not like to put adult jail in my baby's hair because my baby is only 2 years old. But the baby gel that they provide at this location is perfect for my daughter's texture so I'm glad I'm always able to find it at this location”
