They were both so kind, not pushy, and took time to answer our questions! “I found Macys Furniture store a great store to shop furniture but what was disappointing was that they do not offer swatches. As we do more & more online shopping & stores have limited space for instore shopping we need to see swatches. Its not easy to return large furniture pieces if upholstery is not exactly right for your space.”

He explained the pricing, fabric options, delivery details ~ so professional, friendly, patient with my many questions, and just a nice person to chat with. After my furniture is delivered, I plan to go back and look for area rug. Ask for Ron when you go, he's great!”
