“This review is long overdue. I can't believe I've been coming here for 7 years! I've had both Ceramic Pro and the PPF applied to my vehicle. Since the original application, I have returned every year for an annual inspection of the Ceramic Pro. This past week, I did my yearly annual inspection and they applied an additional layer of the Ceramic Pro at no additional cost. My car now looks better than the day I purchased it. The level of service provided by Marvin and his team is truly outstanding and exceptional. They have even provided me with rides home on occasion to save me from paying rideshare costs. I highly recommend this business and cannot say enough good things about them – you won’t be disappointed!”

Made my Smog check appointment online for the same day, like 2 hours before and even though there was a line of 5 people ahead of me, my car was checked and I was done within 25 minutes. The Staff were friendly and when i asked how this works, they explained how the check would automatically be notified to DMV.
It was my first time there, but other people in line were saying this place is very thorough and professional. I felt that was my experience with them too.”

“From my short 2-years spent in Dublin, Don has been THE guy to go to for my car woes (and many woes, i did have). Firstly, my tie rod ends needed replacing; a few weeks go by, and I end up needing a new A/C. they spent their time looking through every part to save me as much repair costs as possible. Then Oil change and Breaks were next.
Finally, after a long trip up and downstate, my starter gave out. Called them up and asked if I can tow it to them. They said yes, and offered a photo confirmation of my vehicle at their shop.
Making an appointment online with them is no hassle. Each of these times required me to fill an online appointment. You get text updates and confirmations, along with a list of parts your car needs servicing (along with degrees of severity like "urgent", 'good for a little longer', et cetera). If you have a budget, they'll work with you.
They take the time to explain things to you, their estimated parts and labor cost.
No hassle, no problems, Text updates, and kind, hardworking people make this shop a go-to in my book.”

“Had a check engine light come on said “Emissions System Problem” stopped here at around noon on Saturday although the gentleman there I didn’t get his name was working on a smog he said let me get to a stopping point and I’ll check it for you in less than 5 minutes he had the reader on the car and it read an issue with the gas cap area I explained to him the female section on the gas tank was a little crooked from filling up at a gas station where the gas hoses reached around to either side and I snapped it back into place yesterday . He says that’s most likely the issue and cleared the warning light told me if it comes back on to just come on back extremely polite and very helpful was able to get this done on my lunch break too with plenty of time before going back to work thank you smogstation”

“Got my tires rotated today. Overall did a great job. Customer service can be improved though. Talked to manager Monica. Didn't really felt like I was welcome and just felt rushed. Maybe improve on customer service as this makes a whole lot of difference on customer experience and whether they would want to come back in the future. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
