“I did a 7.5k maintenance including an oil change. But my Ford pass still showing I need an oil change in 1200m afterward. I am not sure that's the problem of the apps or I really need to do it. Besides, I did two filter change as well, but I found two screws under the passenger rug which I believe they're from the change of the cabin filter. I will check it by myself when I have time to do it because I think all small parts matter”

“Ran over a nail and lost a tire immediately. Had my car towed here to buy a new tire. Mike (I'm guessing manager) was very polite and honest. It was a Sunday, and a lot of cars were there. He didn't make up any scrappy story and just told me the situation.”
