“I did a 7.5k maintenance including an oil change. But my Ford pass still showing I need an oil change in 1200m afterward. I am not sure that's the problem of the apps or I really need to do it. Besides, I did two filter change as well, but I found two screws under the passenger rug which I believe they're from the change of the cabin filter. I will check it by myself when I have time to do it because I think all small parts matter”
“My car stalled in the middle of the road and didn't know what was wrong. AAA said it was the starter. I had my car towed to Reliable Auto Center on a Saturday morning and they fixed it! On a same day. ! It was not the starter, it was the part where you put the key in the ignition. My car is 26 years old and I don't have money to buy a used or a new car at this time. It's been about 3 weeks since it got fixed and it's still running great!! Thank you for fixing my car!!”

Also since there hasn't been a Ford dealership in Pasadena for at least 10 years so Envision is now the only place I can go to get service.”
