I do know a little bit of basics due to my bad experience in car troubles. But Luis is such a professional, honest person. I really found a good mechanic that will do a thorough diagnostic. I am glad he was able to find the issue with my breaks and belt in the vehicle. My little old car had the service it really needed. It drives very well, and I am happy and safer. “I researched body shops the day after I ordered 2 new cars from the dealership, just in case something happened.Ferrari Brothers surpassed all the shops I visited by a large margin. Steve Sy, the manager, gave me a tour of their complete facility at my request. No other place wanted to do that or had reasons why they couldn’t while I was there.What I was looking for was a clean and organized shop. Well, I found it at Ferrari Brothers!Two years later one of my vehicles was T-Boned and there was a question if it would be totaled or not. Fortunately it was able to be repaired and the job was flawless.It was impossible to see where the shop had painted or where they had made the welds that were needed. Everything looked and functioned the same as the day I took delivery 2 years before.The car came back cleaner than the day I dropped it off. I never had to call for status updates because Steve called me at least once a week, usually more often.If you want a worry free car repair experience this is the place. “They were so nice ! I was referred to them from a friend. I needed my flat tire patched and I called to see if they had time to do it same day and how much. They told me to come on down and that it would cost $25 to patch it up but if I needed a replacement tire that it would cost more. I asked if they accepted card and they do! However, when you pay with card there is no tip option, so if you would like to leave a tip it would have to be cash. highly recommend !”

“They typically work on 86/FRS/BRZs, but with the great reviews I figured I would reach out and see if they can help dial in the suspension on my 350Z. I've done everything on my car myself since I've gotten it, but with work getting so busy, I figured I'd give in and take it to a shop. Called and asked for a quote, agreed with the price and was able to take it in the following day. Got there and met Young, the owner, who was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Never pushed me to get any additional service that wasn't needed. He told me what he would do if he was the owner of the car and I agreed with what he suggested. Ended up getting my suspension dialed in, fenders trimmed a bit for clearance and an alignment. They finished the car the same day. Overall great customer service and I would for sure take my car back if I had anything else to do.”

We took it to Mini or Monrovia and they quoted us 14K for a new engine rebuild. Double what we paid. We called Jim over at Macs and he said he could do it for half if that's what was even needed. It took a few months but we have our car back and we could not be more overjoyed with what he has done. Jim gave weekly updates and explained everything that he was doing.
