βI came in to get 2 jerseys heat pressed they showed me the difference in quality of the patches I bought elsewhere and the patches they had in stock. They gave me different options and my jerseys came out absolutely perfect. Not only is the store filled with a bunch of great gear but the staff is very knowledgeable. Will def be coming back.β
βFirst things first, the selection is insane. It's like Amazon for gloves. From cheap starter gloves to high end Cleto Reyes, they'll have a glove that fits you right. Second, the service almost makes you feel bad it's so good. Today I tried on or asked to look at, at least 15 different pairs. I kept saying "Sorry but can I look at this one?" And Juliana would respond "Of course, this is what I love to do!" Here's the kicker: They'll even take manufacturer defect gloves (my cletos stitching ripped after only a few uses), hold onto them, email the company, ship them out and in a few weeks, you'll have a fresh/fixed pair. How rad?!β

I always do their free fit test which consists of standing and walking on a mat that takes measurements of your feet and pressure distribution as well as walking on a treadmill to determine certain things (in my case, pronation). This is why I donβt buy sneakers online
Last but not least!.. The customer service is ?. Nobody here is pushy or sales-y. I never feel like Iβm being upsold on a pair of shoes that donβt fit my needs. And everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This time around, Kenny helped me out and he was top notch. Canβt recommend him enough along with the rest of the Snailβs Pace crew.β

βI communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.β
βTamara and the team at 662Boardshop set the gold standard in customer service, they are extremely friendly and very customer oriented. Orders are shipped quickly after being placed and arrive soon and carefully packaged. They have sales frequently and discount codes are available online for maximum savings at checkout on a wide variety of bodyboarding products, they always throw in little extras with every order like stickers and key chains which is totally cool of them. Orders are accurate and are double checked and signed off by a team member, if something isn't right simply write them an email or call and they will always make it right. I highly recommend this board shop as they are shop for body boarders and keep the memory of its founder Eddie Solomon alive, as they say legends never die! Check them out you'll be glad you did. Can't wait to rip this Andre Botha signature!β

βMy elementary school aged daughter wanted her first "real" tennis racket. We started at Big 5...oops! Then a Google search recommended B&T. And now they are my one and only store for tennis equipment and supplies. Why? A generous student discount, great selection, free vibration dampener, free overwrap and even free installation!!! To top it off, they are so so nice. Highest recommendation ever!β

βWe came to their showroom in person and it did not disappoint! Customer service was great. Eliza spent so much time with us going through all the options available. We ended up buying 5 gis for our family and multiple rash guards. We were so glad to be able to try them all on and they had so many different styles and colors in stock. Also since we purchased in store we received some fun complementary goodies. Definitely recommend this shop but if you canβt come in store then you can order online!β

βI first came into this shop in 2021 to get to know the ins and outs of kitesurfing, before even taking my first lesson. I walked into the shop, got referred to an excellent kitesurfing school nearby, and have fallen in love with the hobby ever since. Every time I took a lesson, I would stop by the shop beforehand to get to know the different brands of kites and boards. It was many months of stopping by the shop every now and then before I even made my first purchase. Throughout it all, the whole crew at no limit were very welcoming and taught me everything. βA store jam packed with products. The only reason I gave this store a 4 star review is because it only has 3 hitting bays. And they have to give preference to people getting fitted or people requiring more help choosing clubs. If you're looking to just walk in and hit balls to see your numbers, this isn't an ideal spot.β

I have also had the privilege of training at the headquarters with Budo Jake and it is a huge place with an amazing staff. There's not a better place to get a Gi, DVD, patches or anything related to martial arts!

βI recently have started on my journey to surf and as a mom brought my little guy on for the journey. Griffin has been a wealth of knowledge from surf lesson recommendations to starter options for my toddler.
The service is great and as someone who sees the quality of the garments and apparel in store is great. There are different options depending on whether you will be surfing, swimming or just taking a stroll by the beach.
Iβm excited to learn more but wanted to give this local shop the a credit it deserves.β
βI stopped in this store yesterday to buy a saltwater rod & reel combo. I am from Nebraska so I wasnβt sure what I exactly needed for salt water fishing. The guy behind the counter was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me find and pick out the right equipment that I was looking for / needed for salt water boat fishing. I wasnβt sale pressured at all which was really nice. I told him my price range and he helped me stay within it. We found a new reel looked at some new rods and the found a great quality used rod that I settled on. He even took time to help me install the reel, and make sure that the rod & reel were properly aligned with they eyelets, and spun it full of new line. Thank you so much sir! Iβm glad there are still honest folks out here in this world today.

This is the first time in a while that I have walked out of a store WITHOUT the feeling of being gouged or taken for my money in todayβs society.
I will definitely be back if I need anything else and I would refer this place to a friend in need of quality equipment without question! Itβs places like this that make you want to come back and visit.

Curt is so quick to respond and took care of a rooftop tent remount job and made it sure it was done right. Would 100% come back for any thing related to our rig!β

Another thing is don't follow the maps it send you in back alley employee parking lot. So go straight off main street it will be on right hand side . If coming out of alley, make left and another left and you'll see the front entrance .β
