“Came by this store when my car had a large crack on the windshield. I used my insurance here to replace the windshield. The process was easy as Sam helped me navigate how to select their shop through Geico. He helped me set up an appointment the very next day. My windshield neede dynamic calibrating and so I had to wait for a couple of hours at the shop. There is a clean waiting area with wifi. Sam explained me the dos and donts. I am very happy with the service. Will recommend this shop for your glass work.”

“Once again the winter roads of the Bay Area do their best to fall apart and provide rocks to the tires of passing vehicles to throw at windshields. While driving from San Jose to Stockton I had 2 really large stones impact the windshield and one resulted in a cone shape chip and spider cracks, the other just left me shaken (saw it coming and ducked on instinct!) A quick call to Spider and I was able to schedule a time the same day to bring in the Jeep and get the chip fixed before the crack grew. After missing my 1st appt and calling for and setting up another one (all my fault!), 30 mins after arriving, then talking about motorcycle racing and S2000s, my Jeep was turned back over to me and the chip was only barely visible... crisis avoided! Thanks Spider team for being flexible on timing about missing my 1st appt. My dog is back from emergency surgery (spleenectomy and tumor removal) and doing much better.”

“I have a 40 ft class A RV. On a trip and a truck pulls in front of us and broke an 8 ft windshield. Mex Glass inspected and installed the new glass windshield after the insurance company delivered it to Leale's RV in San Jose. The entire job was finished in 3 hours with 3 hours to drive. “Angela at A+ provided the best service experience I have had for many years. A+ replaced our Subaru windshield at our home with no fuss. About 2 months later we noticed a crack in the new windshield but not due to any impact. Angela worked beyond what I would expect, talking with the local Subaru dealer. Cost me $150 plus tax for a rear passenger window Toyota tundra 07. Probably best price in town. Some may consider this place in rough part of town but it's busy with a lot of people trying to go about there business.”
