My contact Alma emailed me and informed me it was approved. So, I made an appointment and dropped it off. The customer service and the service that was done to my car was amazing. “100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“It was definitely a fuel distribution issue, I was betting on lines or pump. K&S has a policy as of 10/2023 of 120 to diagnose a no-start problem. Fuel line issues are particularly problematic and take a long time to verify, but they honored their policy and did a great job replacing the fuel pump. Will be back for PM soon.”

“Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!”

“I stopped by without an appointment because I had pulled out one side of my front bumper while backing out my car. Chris greeted me warmly - and even though he doesn't take people without appointments - he was very friendly and immediately came outside to take a look at my car. In less than 3 minutes he had pushed the bumper back in. I am very well aware this is not a permanent solution but I had requested him to just push it back in and he did that without any fuss. “My wife and I have a 2006 Scion XA that had some damage from a collision. The insurance company determined that fixing the damage would cost more than the $5K that the car was determined to be worth. My wife and I wanted to keep the car since we have maintained it well, so the insurance company sent us a check for the value of the car minus the salvage value. We found one body shop that was willing to fix the car for roughly $5K. Then we found San Carlos Auto Body & Repair. I asked to fix the car well enough so that it was completely operable and would pass a DMV inspection for registering salvaged car. They were able to do a great job fixing everything well enough for around $600 very quickly. We were so pleased with the results and service that I highly recommend San Carlos Auto Body & Repair.”
