“After filling my front drivers side tire with air two days prior, I had noticed my computer was stating that my air pressure was low again. I happened to be going to Nutley to run a few errands and decided to look up a tire place there to bring my truck to. I stumbled upon Bradley's and called to see if they could look at my tire or if I needed to make an appointment. I was told, "Come right in-no problem" When I got there I was greeted by the owner. He was pleasant and had one of his guys come right out to take care of me and see what the problem was with my tire. As I had expected, they found a nail in my tire that was causing the leak. My tire was repaired for me while I waited maybe a half hour. The price was definitely fair and they didn't try to sell me on other unneeded services as most other places do when you come in for a quick fix. I found this business to be honest, accommodating, customer service oriented with comparable pricing. As I paid for the tire the owner then mentioned they guarantee their work. If I had any problems or issues to bring it back and it would be fixed.This is the kind of shop you want to take your vehicle to. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed.”

“I just got my car back from it's 90K service at Swedish Volvo in Campbell. I can't be happier. I have been taking my car to a competitor after the factory warranty ran out. The service and prices at Swedish Volvo care is way better than my old place, and a 100% better than the dealership. Everyone at Swedish Volvo is kind and professional. Walter the owner went over everything that needed to be done, and gave me updated prices before he started anything. My car was back earlier than the time quoted. I will never take my Volvo to anyone else.”

“This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits.I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires.Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today. “Time to review a service so it doesn't look like all I do is eat.And everyone needs a reliable, honest car repair shop. Alvins is our go to for our cars- a 20 yr old Honda and 4 yr old Toyota. They've fixed our brakes when the dealer did a shoddy job and do our scheduled maintenance too. Car repair is not cheap anywhere but we think prices are reasonable- way better value than going to the dealer.5 stars is for Mike at the front desk for explaining the what and why of car repair and he's just so darned nice.They are a busy shop so u might have a wait for your appt. We're ok with that.”

“This is the place to go for your car service. I’ve taken my cars here over the years because their customer service is great, their prices are affordable and the service is on point. I started coming here as a college student. At that time, Alan and Jose would always make sure I understood what was going on with my car and gave me maintenance tips on how to take care of it. I ended up moving out of the area, but always remembered the care they took for my vehicles. I have now returned to the area and I knew GIC would take care of any concerns I had with my car. As a woman who knows little about car, I’m glad to have a place I can trust to help me with oil changes and car maintenance.”

“I have had horrible luck with mechanics. As a woman who isn't car-savvy, I can't help but feel like other mechanics take advantage of this and charge me for unnecessary repairs. I took my car in to Made in Japan late last year for a 2nd opinion on some extremely expensive repairs done by another mechanic (De Anza Auto Repair) that I had been told by other mechanics was not necessary. Luckily I spoke with Nicky (sic?), a fellow woman, who made me feel a lot better about the chunk of change I forked out. The techs did a general inspection of my car and it got a clean bill of health. The bill wasn't bad either for the inspection compared to De Anza Auto.Then the horrible winter storms happened in January and suddenly I found myself driving my car to Made in Japan with a leaking roof. They were fast, efficient, organized, communicative, and kind while working with me and my insurance to repair the water damage in my car's interior. They were reasonable with regard to cost - about half the cost of what I was paying at De Anza Auto. And then this morning (10/24) my car would not start. Nicky and a tech (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name) came to my apartment (!!!) to jump my car and they themselves drove my car to the shop so that I didn't have to deal with a tow truck. Throughout this ordeal they were communicative and explained what was going on to me in terms that I could understand. They quickly got my car back to me before the end of the work day. And THEN about 30 mins after picking up my car, it would not fully start in my grocery store parking lot. Nicky and another tech drove all the way from Made in Japan to my grocery store, after their work hours, to see what was going in with my car. They were able to figure it out and I was able to drive home without the same issue happening. They were so kind to me and didn't make me feel bad at all for coming all the way out to my neck of the woods.The professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and kindness they have shown towards me has changed the way I view going to the mechanic. They aren't trying to rip me off, and I can tell through their actions. The fact they drove to my location TWICE in one day (my neighborhood is pretty far from the shop, too) is noteworthy and commendable. They actually care about their customers, unlike other auto shops. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Made in Japan. Thank you, Nicky, Sean (sic?), and the technician team for treating me and your customers with respect always.”

“Scheduled an appointment for caliper covers on my SUV and Sam and his team completed the task in less than an hour. They took care to remove the wheels and check for fit, clearance and rotation before securing the covers and wheels. Then Sam took it out for a test drive. No issues and all of this at a super competitive price. I'll be back when the time comes for any additional tire/wheel related services.”

“This place is my all time favorite tire shop to go to. I've been going here for about three years now. My old Toyota Matrix had a cracked tie rod so both of the front tires would bald quickly. My best friend recommended this place for used tires at a cheap price. After the first time, I always came back every 6 months to get used tires and it always was the best deal. The customer service is excellent and the owner is an awesome dude!!! Never had to wait long because I came during the less busy hours (weekdays before 3 was always best for me personally). Came one time after three and there were 5 cars ahead of me D: Although I have a new car, I've had the worst luck with nails in my tires lately. Today was the second time I came back for two patches in both of my front tires -____- The workers are so efficient, I was basically in and out in less than 20 mins. I absolutely love this place!!”

“I had just got new tires installed at Americas tires, unfortunately my car has "unicorn tires" that require special order so it's really hard to find at most places. Since Americas tires doesn't do alignments I called places nearby, most didn't answer and some just overpriced the quote because I'm a female. I called Fierros tires near by that had charged my roommate (a dude) 80 for a alignment his newer ford car last week - but when I called (a female) they tried to tell me 100 - so I passed. I proceeded to go down the line of nearby spots that provide alignment services and Gutierrez tires answered immediately, there's a slight language barrier because they're a Hispanic owned business but had a kind young gentlemen assist on the phone to provide me the price of 80 bucks to align my car. They do not take appointments, first come first serve - at least from what I was told on the phone today. Be sure to call ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock. Overall, I was sold just by the fact that they immediately answered my call, were respectful, and honest regardless of my gender. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone. Only thing I will warn is the shop entrance is very narrow gated with chain link fence, so be very careful when trying to pull up so you don't miss it because the road they're on is a one way street. When I pulled in they immediately propped up my car and started working on my car. It seems to be ran by a small family team, but I love that. Take my money and my business! I'll definitely be back!
