Luis (I think that was his name), from the Midwest, was incredible. Top notch customer service. 10/10 the guy was great and an awesome representation of Verizon. He was kind, helpful, and fun to talk to!

Great service and staff. There aren’t many Verizon stores on the west side of Los Angeles. I would say this is the best one I’ve been to in the west Los Angeles in term of the service.

Bryson was the sweetest! Handled my 90 y/o father's need for a new flip phone after losing his smart phone with patience and service I haven't seen since 1960's! Lol!!
