Excellent experience at this Verizon - I had a complicated transaction and the representative who helped me (I think her name is Timmarie) was patient, creative and efficient. We never felt rushed or pressured, we were offered multiple options and the activation process, while long (because of my volume of data needing to transfer over) was the smoothest that I can recall. The manager was very helpful as well. They had a good ratio of sales people to customers- nobody seemed to have to wait long to be helped, and it was a Saturday afternoon. I have been a Verizon customer for 25+ years, and this is why. Highly recommend!

Customer service said I could pick up a SIM card here because they had them in stock and one would be reserved for me. I went there, the employees seemed nice but said they had no SIM cards at all and that my name was not on any list. A tall male employees tells us that he can turn on the eSIM feature of my phone instead and asks that I wait. He returns to the customer he was helping and spends a good 15 minutes with her to complete whatever transaction. I know the transaction is over because he hands her a paper bag and receipts. He then continues to chit chat with her for another 20 minutes without any regard for myself and four other customers who are patiently waiting without complaining. He and the customers haven't a care in the world and just keep chatting and laughing away. I finally ended up leaving. How can employees be managed this way?

I've been a long time customer of Verizon. I came in for help today and was worried about the reviews I read here but was immediately comforted. Q helped me - he was so incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and sweet. I felt like I was being helped by a friend. Loved the experience - thank you!!

If you’re going to Verizon for help with your device or account, don’t even bother coming to this location. All they do is make you call Verizon customer service. I went in because I am having trouble activating a device that was replaced by them and they didn’t even bother to help. The lady assisting me said “I’m going to have you talk to a technician so they can help you.” I said "ok, that’s fine”. A technician called me I was with them for over an hour and a half. I remained in the store in case I needed help which I did end up needing, and when I asked for their assistance, they just looked at each other and said “oh I don’t know how to that.” I asked the manager and he asked one of the other employees and neither were able to help. If they’re managers, they should be familiar with devices so they can assist customers or the bare minimum point us to right direction so that we could get the support we need. I ended up leaving because they couldn’t care less about helping me. The technician over the phone attempted to help me the most but was unable to resolve the problem either. It’s now been a week that I’ve been trying to get help with my nonworking device. P.s. I took this picture from another reviewer. That’s the manager that didn’t even care to help.

I wish I read the reviews before going there... Here is mine:This is a review for both the store and Verizon customer service. To begin this store's experience is similar to going to the DMV: Slow staff and rude managers - Audi and Seaneil to be precise. False promises, excuses and lies! Sitting playing on their phones while they had a full house and not caring about helping clients.Then calling the 800 is not any better - you have to repeat yourself multiple times, staff seems inot trained in customer service and will not understand your problem no matter how many times you repeat Talking to a manager over the phone is a non existent. Ended up cancelling the service and went elsewhere.

Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ive ever experienced! the first manager Sheanil made me call a customer service number! they needed to speak to the manager sheanil and he continued to LIE to them and say that I placed the order and not his employee! like why!?!? Then he left for his lunch break in the middle of this!!! Most of this was do to a fee that they wouldn't wave although it was the employees fault for making the wrong order!!! Almost 2 hours later customer service talked to another manager there and the manager did what was needed in 5 minutes! This was Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable experience! There's a million other locations go to any of those!

I went to this store earlier this year (May or June 2023) for an upgrade to my Mom’s phone. First impression, the store and its workers were unorganized and it took forever to be serviced (approximately 1 hour). The issue with these raggedy people was that they tried to sell me everything under the sun. I ONLY WANTED MY MOM’s phone to be upgraded and nothing more. The other frustrating thing was the Loser of a Sales Rep that didn’t know how to extract my Mom’s data when her phone was not backed up. As a result my Mom lost 2 years worth of data. The ultimate thing that happened was that the Sales Rep pawned a watch and iPad off on me under the pretense that it was free. I only learned a month ago that Verizon charges you for the use and connection of the devices and to remove them would result in the payment of the devices and their services if you decided not to keep Verizon’s 36 month payment plan. It resulted in a $531 bill which none of the Verizon service people tried to rectify for me although I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 15 years. I paid the fee and told them that I will be switching to a different courier after I payoff the upgrade. I am truly sick and tired of how people including myself are being treated because of Corporate greed and lazy raggedy sales people. They should shut this store down and layoff every employee T that works at that store. I would give this store a negative 10 and beyond if I could. They are the absolute worse and I will never shop there again

Very bad customer service..DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN UPGRADE!!I had an upgrade for my IPhone 11 to trade in for the 'IPhone 15 on us' in which the trade-in is suppose to cover the cost of the new iPhone. Come to find out, I have been getting billed an extra 23$ per month now scheduled for the next 36 months because they did not apply the upgrade and instead credited me 60$. The upgrade says 'Trade in your current device for an IPhone 15 on us'! Make this make sense.This place will rip you off!!Not to mention, I have had a business account with Verizon for over 10 years! Very unprofessional.

I was having difficulty activating my new phone, my attempt online was disaster with language difficulty and lots of wasted time repeating myself. I was hesitant coming to this corporate store full of negative reviews? They proved me wrong, very competent Luis knew exactly how to resolve my issue and the staff in the store couldn't have been nicer and washed away my frustrations! Thank you all for great service. Go to corporate store and stay away from franchisees!

Luis (I think that was his name), from the Midwest, was incredible. Top notch customer service. 10/10 the guy was great and an awesome representation of Verizon. He was kind, helpful, and fun to talk to!
