“Absolute great service. After a horrible experience at another location I swung by here to buy some earphones for work and I wasn't sure what to get. A very nice girl with short hair (ashley, amber? I'm horrible to remember names but I swear it started with an A) talked me through the pros and cons and helped me pick out a great pair. Wasn't even the most expensive option and I've never owned better headphones”

“I go to many 7-11 Stores, but Honestly this Employee "SEW" Was Beyond. He was Smiling and Greeting everyone with Open and Humble Heart. It was something you wouldn't see it in other 7-11 Stores. If I was in 7-11 Management, I would give "SEW" a Reward for his Great Customer Service.”

“I went by this location to find out more information, and possibly switch to an iPhone.Eddie, a manager, was so patient and helpful. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions, going above and beyond to help me update my plan with AT&T, over the phone, being transferred to a couple of customer service agents to get the best rate based on my usage. Very grateful I’ll be paying a lot less now. He was very polite and helpful to everyone who came up to him while he was helping me. Very good at multitasking and delegating to his coworkers too.I don’t know if he’s a manager specifically for the mobile area, but I highly recommend you go see him for your next phone. I’m hoping to get an Apple Watch next once I’m more familiar with the phone, and I’ll be back for that.Best Buy store/regional managers, I hope you take notes of customers feedbacks when you do employee reviews and give raises. I used to be a team manager then store manager and would have been thrilled to have an employee like Eddie.”

“In general, the staff was very friendly and efficient, they gave us options and got us what we were looking for. The parking was super spacious and if you want to buy something else, there are other stores in the same place, be it fast food, a Ralphs, a Riteaid, a bank, pet store or spare parts for your car. Unfortunately you don't find much variety and that's why they look for it in other locations.”

“Strange location for a 711, seems a bit out of place for some reason but this is actually a really nice branch of the chain. The store is kept pretty clean and well stocked. the services is pretty good as well. Definitely one of the better 7-11s that I have ever been to in all my travels, and I have been to a lot of them. They are very convenient and who doesnt like slurpees especially on a hot day.”

“I just came into 7-Eleven and needed help looking for a certain item, the young man that was there helped me find it so fast which was convenient as I needed to get to work in 5 minutes, he told me his name was Irving after I asked for it. “My partner and I switched to T-Mobile (lower price and better benefits), but wanted to keep our numbers. Choosing the right plan and then porting our numbers from a different carrier could have been a hellish, frustrating experience— but Yanet was incredible. She went above and beyond to (a) give us the best prices possible and (b) make the entire process smooth and efficient. Supervisors, whatever she’s making, give her a raise.”

“This particular target is located in the Fox Hills Mall. It is located on the second floor of the mall. It's a usual target with all of the expected items for sale. Staff is usually helpful and that has been a recent issue for this particular store as there is now security, items throughout the store in lock boxes and asset security at the front door. There's ample parking on the third floor of the mall as it connects to the Target via elevator. You can pick up orders here as well and there's also a drive-up spot on the roof parking lot.”

“I am not normally one to pen reviews about convenience stores, but I had, prior to this, unsuccessfully looked all over different stores in LA to find a cord to charge my mobile charger to keep my phone functioning as I explored the city via Uber, Lyft and transit, often without any options for charging. (I had left the necessary cord at home when I left for the holidays). The shopkeeper at this 7-Eleven came over to help me find the right cord, and allowed me to test it with my charger. And the price seemed reasonable too.”

“My first experience at a drive through car wash. Kinda fun! Just drive up put a credit card in the machine, choose your wash and drive forward. I read reviews first saying to jump on the freeway afterwards to dry your ride but it's not that bad if you don't. Plus you could always bring a chammy or a drying towel and dry it yourself.”

“Greg in customer service is AMAZING!! I visited the store on Sunday Jan.28th to grab a couple things and upon entering, I noticed that the store is currently being remodeled. I couldn't stop thinking about how I was going to start going to the target down the street simply to avoid the hassle of trying to figure out where everything was during their renovation. However, since I was already at this location I figured mine as well get what I came for. As I'm about to check out I see that they have some makeup on sale, so I grabbed some because how expensive is makeup? Anyways, I go to pay and the price bar was broke on the register so I didn't see the price due and the cashier was talking kind of low so I just inserted my card and didn't think much of it. After I got home I started looking at the receipt, excited to learn how much I saved. To my surprise, I was charged full price for EVERYTHING. Normally I wouldn't mind, but because I thought the makeup I grabbed was on sale, I was a little adventurous with the things I grabbed. I contemplated the decision all day and eventually I went back to the store to return my unnecessary purchases because I honestly couldn't justify wasting almost $300 on makeup I didn't necessarily need at the moment. When I went back to the store, I decided to double check the makeup prices before going to customer service just to make sure. Turns out the makeup I grab was in fact, on sale, but the prices weren't scanning correctly. I took pictures to show the employee. When I finally made it to customer service I was greeted by Greg with a positive attitude, great smile and super great energy. I explained to him my dilemma and showed him the pictures I took. He apologized for the inconvenience of the situation and explained how he would price match my products to the correct price AND give me my differences back on a target card. This idea made me extremely happy because normally I dread dealing with situations like this but I was relieved and almost ecstatic to find out that I was able to get my makeup for the prices advertised annnnd I have a reason to go back to target. Greg was so positive, friendly, bubbly and smiling the entire time. I felt like he was so understanding and present. He treated me like an individual and not just another annoying customer. Greg made my target experience such a delight! I'm going to keep going to this location despite the renovation, not because of the price adjustment, but simply because of Greg's ability to demonstrate outstanding and over the top customer service. He really made my day! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!”

“I always like Target. Inventory is Walmart without feeling like one. Clothes a can even be cool - bought a great teal henley that has held up in washes. Love the self service checkouts. Never come here and only buy the things I need - I always get more. Damn you Target! ;)”

“This is my favorite target. Always well stocked, clean, and great customer service. I had an odd situation that was handled so professionally. I placed a large pick up order, over 50 items of food, (we were making a food donation to our local church). When I arrived at the location I checked in on the app and the app stated someone would be coming out with my order. However, at the same time I got an email that my order was cancelled. My husband went inside to customer service while I waited in the car in case my order came out. The employees at customer service couldn't understand what happened and determined it had to be a glitch. They were so apologetic and immediately worked correcting the order. One of the employees had to rescan every single item so we could purchase the items again since the prior order was refunded. This young man was so kind, so patient, so professional, and very apologetic. I felt so terrible because it was such a large order but he was more than happy to help. Everyone at the customer service counter was amazing especially the young man who assisted us. I can't thank him enough.”

“This 76 is big, clean and has a few parking spots if you just want to run in the 7-11 without buying gas. Whenever I'm in Culver City I stop in to buy a drink, snack or gas. Very cool people here. One big plus is the clean restroom. After a long drive to get to Culver, it's a nice perk. I've been coming here for the past few years and have always had a good experience here.”
