Zara is know for its rude employees, but I truly feel they reach a breaking point due to constantly dealing with lack common sense and entitled people. It’s really not that hard to shop for clothes, besides, it’s Zara honey! Do you want high end service? Go to Hermes!

the entire staff group are rude and inpatient, how little is Zara paying you to make all your life so miserable, seriously I deeply feel sorry for you all
