“This tire facility is extraordinary and exceptional and the owner Larry is an amazing human being. He has an upbeat personality, is kind and is very obliging and accommodating. He knows his business and doesn't in any way attempt to upsell his customers. In fact he does the opposite (most unusual) and works out the most suitable way to save money on unecessary new tires. He is totally honest and his workers are also incredible. Customers don't have to wait too long, as the attention is good.I have used this place twice. The second time he repaired the tire with a nail and didn't charge anything for his work. He really cares about his staff and it shows.These prices are really good and I would not hesitate to recommend A Plus Tire Club to anyone looking for good service and recommendation at a very reasonable price.”

The gentlemen pulled me forward right away and told me the price of what it would cost for both jobs. Very decent prices!When I arrived, it was around lunch time, but 2 guys got up from their lunch break to help fix my jeep. Really appreciated that but was willing to wait as well. Appreciate their quickness!I've brought my Prius here before and it was the same quick service that I'm getting today!”

“One of my tires was losing up to 4 pounds of air a day, even with a new tire & valve stem. Came to WRS and spoke with Axle, who identified the problem as corrosion which had formed inside the chrome wheel. They removed the tire, ground off the corrosion & resurfaced the interior portion of the wheel. Problem solved! These guys really know their business. Courteous, professional, and they do excellent work. I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half. And the cost was very reasonable. This shop offers complete wheel repair and wheel chroming/painting services. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.”

“I FINALLY got my dream car, but the dream wasn't 100% complete so I went to work on fulfilling the dream. I wanted the wheels to be black gloss, I wasn't a fan of the factory set. I carefully studied reviews before I decided on New Year. Jonathan was amazing despite me calling a few times (ok probably more than a few LOL) to ask more questions. I left the car at 7:30. Jonathan called shortly after to let me know there was an issue with my lug nuts (known issue to Ford) and offered an affordable solution and suggested doing the calipers, sooo glad I said yes. When I saw the car I was smiling ear to ear and almost cried (yea I'm a gal) Jonathan & his team are amazing. If you aren't happy with your rims & want a change, I highly recommend them.”

“I am a younger woman who seems to always get swindled, especially when dealing services such as this. I walked in 20 minutes before closing shop, talked with Ian the manager who is just absolutely wonderful, and they were able to repair my punctured tire in under 15 minutes for an amazing price. This is AFTER going to a tire shop, Zubys, down the street that just got done telling me the tire was unfixable and quoted me close to $400 for 2 new tires. Ian and the mechanics at this shop are just amazing, he even offered to let me come in to teach me how to change and fix a flat on my own for no price. They have absolutely made my week with their service. They have gained a lifelong customer as well as endless praise and recommendations to all my friends and family. “They get 4 stars because of the product. They lose a star because the customer service is sorely lacking. The person who answers the phone seems as if he couldn't care less about you. He has no personality and is quite short with you when you ask questions. He said he would call me back after I inquired about my 3 thousand dollar order. He didn't. I called back and was told the wheels would be ready the following week. They weren't. This happened for two weeks until I called again and was finally told the right date. This company is so impersonal and seem to only care about your money and not the customer. Great wheels. Poor customer service.”

“After going to Valvoline to rotate my tires and check the air pressure, the tire light was still on and I kept going to Valvoline to check it, but they just told me I needed new tire sensors. I come here and got help by Carlos who told me I didn't even have any sensors for the tires, it just needed to be restarted with a machine! I was recommended here by an auto shop and I will continue to come back here! They're super sweet and honest! Highly recommend”

“Love this place. This is my to-go to for all my tires need. I used to only go to Costco until one of my tires had a flat and needed a repair; the Costco tire center referred me here and I have never gone back.Cody the supervisor is amazing...all the staff there is very friendly and helpful. They price match with pretty anyone and anybody-even Costco when the price is on sale. What I do love about it here is they can get any brand tires in a short amount of time. Other places, even Costco, when it's sold out or when they don't have a tire regularly stock, it can take forever-weeks to get your tires.One time I ordered my Michelin tires at this branch and there was a delay in shipment, rather having me wait until it arrived, they went ahead and found a nearby store that had it and went to pick it up so I don't have to wait....I highly recommend America's Tire, particularly this branch for everything tires.”
