And of course, the fix/repair that was performed on our CRV was perfect.The initial assessment was quick but thorough, explained what's to be done and possible options that i can go through.On the actual repair, they were pretty spot on the estimated time when i dropped off the car and got status updates (albeit from automated system) on the progress.Pick up was great once the repair was done. I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. And had I known that they've got partnership with Enterprise - on-site pick up/drop off. I would have rented with them.”
