I've got a call to schedule and the car was ready clean as promised.Wish i got more details on the status updates. And had I known that they've got partnership with Enterprise - on-site pick up/drop off. I would have rented with them.”

Something happened during transport because unfortunately I got the car AND it had a totally scraped up front fender, rocker panel and a scuff below the taillight [Like something had rubbed up against it] Had to be fixed.Back to European Motor Car Works- who did a phenomenal job on my XK years prior when I was hit. They also helped me design and install my trucks equipment set up in the bed recently. Very thoughtful and secure. I arrived with my two month old son and was impressed with the nice waiting room and courtesy of the front service attendant. A fellow by the name of Vince went an extra mileand helped me replace a defective AC/DELCO battery that I bought in Walmart, which had a 36-month warranty. “Brought my Infiniti here for a Star Smog Inspection, the team was very helpful and the shop was pretty neat, i asked a few questions about the other cars in the garage and they didn't mind answer my questions.The smog test only took 10-15 mins, asked me a few questions about the car and got me in and out really quick Intime to get my car registered. Right off the highway so easy to get access too, around the corner is alittle corner store and phillys best subs if you have some work being done. “I’ve been taking my 2001 E39 M5 to a very good independent service center in LA county for over 20 years. Recently, when the ABS/ASC/DSC lights came on all at once (the “trifecta”), I took the M5 to them for repair. After weeks of working on the car and replacing the ABS module and master cylinder, the computer still indicated a problem. Finally, the owner said that as he couldn’t fix the problem that he wouldn’t charge me, but I needed to take it somewhere else. I asked him where I should take it and he said Bullet Performance. Boy, was he right! Mickey, the owner, worked on it personally. He too had problems matching up the ABS/ASC/DSC components, replacing numerous parts until he figured out that the OEM master cylinders being supplied were defective from the manufacturer. Long story short, Mickey fixed the problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price given the hours he took to troubleshoot the problem. Highly recommended!!!”
