Painless transaction, nice customer service from Bob Bell, I didn't get a discount but the price was fair for the Mazda3, which was in great condition. No garbage fees, no hardsell warranty sales pitch, no "I gotta get this approved" by my manager, finance director, VP, owner, whoever. Bob did point out that my loan rate would be the lowest at my credit union, which I did use. Bob actually seemed to care!”

“I had the pleasure of buying from Nuvo (Morgan) after winning an auction on Bring a Trailer for a 1974 Dodge Power Wagon. Morgan promptly reached out within a few minutes of the auction closing and was very helpful with answering my questions and managing the logistics of the sale. Morgan facilitated an immediate shipping quote which I ultimately didn't use and instead opted for an epic road trip. When I told Morgan I was flying in to road trip the truck back home (2,000 miles), he quickly offered to pick my buddy and me up from the airport and drive us an hour away to pick up the truck and begin the journey home.
