“Great store and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The only downside for me is that the store is very busy, I waited for 20 minutes and no one helped or even acknowledged me. When I went to the register to ask for help I learned that you must check in first and a salesperson will come to you, like the Apple Store. There should be a greeter at the door explaining that you need to sign in or at least a sign so you know to do so. Other than that, I had a great experience.”
“Expert advice and service. Customized my bike to my liking, then spent a lot of time fine tuning and helping setup the app when I took delivery. This is like the Apple Store of Bicycles!!!”

I had a pair of vans wear out recently after 5-6 years of heavy use and so I purchased a new pair and I look forward to continuing to wear this new pair! I bought a pair of all black Old-Skool Skate shoes and they have been great for walking (which I do alot of) and also skating!”

“What a great business. Visited this store once and saw a jacket I liked. Staff was super helpful at the time. Decided I would rather buy this when they have a clearance sale during summer which was only a couple of monthsSo the clearance sale comes and goes and I miss it! I call the store asking if they could help. The store manager Colin, not only locates the exact size and jacket I was looking for, but also gives me a great discount over the phone (the sale) - and arranges to have the jacket shipped to my home from the outlet store where it was available. It arrived promptly within a few days. Just perfect.I love their fit, quality and style and they go out of their way to help customers. It can be pricey at times, but with some planning you can make it work to your advantage.”

One of the stylists (I forget her name but she was a denim expert) was so kind and helpful as I was trying to find summer shorts & I didn't know my denim size! I also found out that madewell will do free alterations on their jeans and pants which is so helpful for girls with short legs like me! I had a wonderful experience at madewell & would definitely recommend.”

“I've seen a lot of bad reviews about Blends, and I think the store definitely gets a bad wrap. I've read bad reviews about how unattentive the employees are and how the don't even act like they care. I'm here to tell you that this just isn't true, the people there are more than welcome to help you out, they just don't bombard you with questions right as you walk in. Everyone likes different things, but me personal I don't like being asked several question (that's just me though). They'll ask you if you need anything and that's all they really need to say. The selection here is obviously amazing at least for me since it fits my personal style. The prices are a little high up, but the quality of these products are second to none! Please check them out again and don't get discouraged!”

“Surprised how much inventory this location had in stock. Picked up a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt. I wear an XXL in shirts, and a size US 13 in sneakers. I very rarely find these sizes in stock when shopping, but today I made a couple purchases. Loved the customer service.”
