“I always have a great experience at a Penguin store. And this location is no different. I usually come when they're not too crowded and the customer service is impeccable. There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great!I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.”

“IMPRESSED. Wow. We walked in and were greeted by the employees, and they were busy! The manager Noah checked us in and sparked up conversation with us. This review is not only about Road runner sports but it's about Noah. That man has pride, experience, and commitment to this company and the customers they serve. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Noah spent 3 hours with me! 3 HOURS! He made sure that I loved the products I walked out with. I'm beyond impressed and so happy that we chose road runner sports. I hope the owner reads this because I want him to know that Noah should be the director of training. If every employee had his passion and knowledge of the product, the company would be out-performing their already established proven system. Overall I can't recommend them enough. Very thankful and very excited to be a new customer at road runner sports. Oh and for the record. We bought 3 pairs of shoes, 3 sets of insoles, socks, and running outfits. “We went to almost every store here at the Block looking for a suit (or equivalent separates) and came up zero at every one of them (common size I guess). On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. Great selection (multiple in the size we needed, versus basically none at the other stores), great prices, and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. Informative, gave great advice, and very nice. Glad we came here. Highly recommend this store and Ricardo in particular.”

“We have gone to Dance Threadz when starting point for my daughter at age 10, one of the owners, "Ashley" is exceptional. She measure your child's feet to be certain of sizing, even if you bring in your old pointe shoes. Then, she looks at the shank, arch, lift and ask what ballet studio you're from as she has gotten accustomed to knowing what the teachers often asks their students to have alongside the aesthetic the studio is looking for in their ballerinas. It is very helpful and useful information. She checks the front of the crown of your ballet shoe, the back if it's too high, if you're wide feet then she checks for sizing and depth to keep the lift and look of the shoe up. If they don't have something in stock, she lets you know how long it will take to order it. We spent 2 hours there and Ashley gave us that time while allowing us flexibility to return if the ballet teacher did not like the point shoe she was fitted into (this applies only if the point shoe was not worn, sewn on with straps and is in sellable condition". One of her assistants, "Taylor" was equally helpful and patient. I have to say, they never lost patience with us nor treated you any less than you should as a customer. Ashley knows her fittings; she danced before too! Taylor, she was also a ballerina. You're in good hands with Dance Threadz. Make your appt. with Ashley in particular from my experience, she is there almost everyday by 12 noon. She has been doing this for 20 years.”

“I came in and Willie was super nice and helpful on what I needed the most. I initially came in for iron rangers and also told him that I work in the camper van industry. he cared to listen to what I do at work to find the most suitable footwear for my purpose and also for activities beyond work so I could get, the most dynamic use out of my new pair of red wings. They also have a cool machine that can read the perfect sole fitment and purpose for your foot. I got the multipurpose sole for my shoe and it feels great in other boots as well, impressive. There was no pressure to buying the pair of shoes that I tried on but I later in the day ended up coming back to grab my pair of iron rangers. Rudy was also helpful on helping me, choose the right size for my shoe after what I thought was the right fit. Overall, I appreciate the customer service on how there was no pressure to buying the shoes I tried on but also a welcoming crew providing accurate advice on the perfect boot. Just got some customs online with a big pic of my daughters cute face on them and custom black and red components and they are the coolest shoes ever.. only $100, $75 after my coupon!
