“My fiancé and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. “John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”

I met with Leslie there, and she guided me through the choice of a new mattress (not futon, which I was considering). It's been almost a month and I couldn't be happier with the mattress. Which, after some later looking, cost about 1/5 what many queen mattresses are selling for.”

I was able to place an order to same day SF delivery, all within a few hour time frame. This is my second Casper mattress and first Casper bed frame / foundation and have been impressed with the comfort and ease of setup. The Casper headboards also easily attach to the metal frame without additional attachments / parts required. I was able to setup the metal bed frame and foundation by myself and without tools, all within 30 minutes. Hardest part was figuring out how to discard the large boxes. Thank you Thomas for your support and making the experience seamless!”
