Our primary sales rep, Timothy, was AMAZING and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the epitome of customer service!. We ran into a few glitches along the way and he was on it every time, even looping in his manager, Yasmin, so she knew what was going on and could pick up where he left off when it was his day off.
