“My front screen was broken as well as the back of my XR IPhone. I called on the phone to ask for an estimate on how much it would be and he said $80 for the front and $70 for the back. When I came in to get it fixed the total was a good price of $150. He stuck to his estimate pricing he told me on the phone and didn’t change it at all. It only took two hours roughly and now my phone works perfectly and looks brand new! Mike did a great job and he was very sweet. Thank you so much!”

Our primary sales rep, Timothy, was AMAZING and tried to make it as easy as possible for us. He genuinely cares about his customers and is the epitome of customer service!. We ran into a few glitches along the way and he was on it every time, even looping in his manager, Yasmin, so she knew what was going on and could pick up where he left off when it was his day off. Yasmin finished the set up of our account and she was as good as he was. We were told that the culture of that location is a direct result of her leadership style, so kudos to her. It was a relief to have great service and trustworthy sales help when you're leaving the carrier you've been with for 25 years, moving 5 lines and needing a couple new phones on top of it!”

“I had gifted my mom a new phone and I tried to activate it myself at home but I don't know what i did. The website kept telling me she needed to change her plan so I did. The whole point was that the phone was still not working when I did the changed. I walked in to the store with my mom and sister-in-law. We were greeted by Eric. “Daniel was Awesome! Helped my father and myself out. We had been trying to get Wireless and I thought I set it up this morning, but shortly after I received an email saying the order was cancelled. So I decided just to walk in. No line (which was unusual) Daniel helped us out right away and got us wireless service. He was very professional and as my dad said "he knows his Sh!t". Also he set up the router in store so basically I just had to plug it in when I got home. Keep it up and you'll be running that store soon. Thanks again ;-)”
“We love our local Sams Club. The store is clean and food is fresh. We love buying fruit here. I do notice that frequently they are out of strawberries and blueberries---which makes sense because when we do buy them here, they are delicious. The staff is helpful , curbside pickup is great! “i did take into account some of the previous negative reviews before visiting this location but i was trying to get errands done and this was on the way so i decided to stop by. i luckily showed up at a time when there was nobody at the store and had a few questions about my plan upgrades. i was helped by "moises" who was kind, quick and knowledgeable about some of the questions and clarifications i needed in regards to an add on for my plan. i haven't been to this store for any other reason but i don't see the issue others were having because the staff was kind when i visited.”
