“Hubby and I purchased several pieces of furniture from this store in November of 2023 and are thoroughly happy with each of them. I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. I hope they continue with their wonderful customer service and great furniture deals. We will be buying from them again.”

“I never thought that I would buy a sleep number bed, but after trying it out in the store. Taking a power nap right there I couldn't leave without purchasing one. I'm now super excited waiting on my own sleep number bed to be delivered. If you are looking to buy a new bed and have a little free time, you can't go wrong with just dropping into the store. I did and I couldn't leave without owning my own sleep number bed. James C.”

“After many years with metal blinds, I decided to upgrade to fabric. Camilla, the sales consultant was friendly and professional. She came well prepared and showed me a portfolio of options. She gave me constructive advice yet honored my personal preferences. Although she measured the space where the blinds would be installed, her team of 3 returned to take final measurements. Last week one installer completed the work. It was obvious he enjoyed his line of work. The blinds have exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely happy with the results. Overall, Smith and Noble is a well-oiled machine and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in investing in high end blinds.”

“My husband and I just finished landscaping our backyard and were searching for a fire table for our patio. i found Archpot in an online search and after realizing they were located in Corona (as are we) decided to stop by so we could see their finishes and colors in person. While they do a lot of their sales for commercial businesses and hotels, Tim and Alex couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating to us. Alex showed us the different styles, gave us samples of the finish colors we were interested in and then walked us back to the production area to show us those colors on the actual product. You can tell these are quality pieces and they take pride in their work. Tim helped us pick the right color and gave us advice on wear and durability when I was gravitating to a finish that wouldn't hold up as well. They really know their stuff! We've been looking for a while at various patio furniture stores and they are hands down the best quality we've found.”

“I went looking for a hose for a power washer. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed assistance. Wow, thanks. I went to the aisle where the hoses were, and as soon as I was there, another employee asked if I needed assistance. Awesome. He helped to choose the right one needed for my washer. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Plus there were several choices for my price point. Great experience shopping for a hose at Lowes; unexpected.”

“This dd’s store means “deep discounts”. The store literally has deep discounts and offers designer and non-designer items. Also offers things for your car, your pets, nice stylish clothes, luggage and items for your kitchen, nice paintings like paintings and decorative merchandise. I think it’s somehow related to Ross. So if you want to save big and spend not that much, go there. In fact run. I usually will spend $200-$300 when I shop there. They have women, men, children and baby merchandise. Makeup, perfume and travel items. Want to save big and not have to drive to downtown LA, then go to dd’s discounts. I can’t get enough of them”

“I love love love ross so much because of one thing. Their skincare/perfume section. They have such such good stuff for so cheap. Occasionally you can find really cute clothes there too!! Today I got this Nicki Minaj perfume that smells so freaking good for only 8 dollars. Love it!!”

“I like this location the people are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they shut down all the cash registers except at lumber. I hate self checkout. I have been accused of theft in the past, not at Lowe's. Due to this I will never again use self checkout. So now they only have one register open. It drives me nuts. Please open more cash registers. The self checkout is just too potentially problematic for me.”

“Wow the amount of people here holy mother of pearls one would think it was a benefit concert by Bruno Mars, nevertheless store was stocked to the hilt for the holidays and theyre checkput personel was on cruise control because even though there was a line one did not wait like you were going in to court. Great work Ross!”

“I love Joann's, it's one of my favorite stores and I spend a lot of time here. I've been coming to this location for the last twenty years. They always have what I'm looking for and I find even better things than I had in mind.I give them a 4 star instead of 5 because I arrived recently on a weekend about 15 minutes to closing and had a strange experience that I hope isn't repeated.Upon arriving the sign lights were off and when I entered the associate at the register said to me instantly, "We close in 13 minutes," I knew exactly what I was looking for and knew I wouldn't take long and I continued in. The store was very messy and disorganized for being close to closing. I found what I was searching for and was helped by Kristina in the fabrics area. She was very friendly, helpful and help me find great deals. She definitely should get a bonus or a raise, as I saw her working the whole time and was friendly, never rushing me out or being rude even though we were close to closing.The other woman Dez at the registet was a different story. She was rude when I entered, repeated on the loudspeaker multiple times that they were closing at 8:55, which is not the actual closing time. I felt very rushed and missed picking up an item because I felt like I was being rushed by the loudspeaker. I was at the counter before 9 and when I checked out, she was also rude, stating that she wanted to go home. I don't believe working in customer service is for her and would reccomend that she search for another line of work that better suits her preferences. She truly made my experience unpleasant so much that I'm sitting down to write this review.Joann's is still one of my favourite stores and I would love for them to have a remodel and refresh their team with people who are happy to be there so that the overall experience can be as pleasant as it's always been.”
