“I recently had my washing machine go out. I called Hartshorne to come to my home and service my washing machine. They came out, but sadly my washer was beyond repair so the repairman referred me to go to Hartshorn's to look into getting a new washing machine. My husband and I went to a Hartshorn's and was greeted by a lovely lady named Kathy. She showed us all of the options and worked with us until we found what we were looking for. We ended up getting both the washer and dryer and the pedestals to match. She showed us how to use it. She couldn't praise the set that we got any higher. She said she also owned the same set. She was so warm and welcoming and really knew her products. We asked her if our new washer and dryer could be delivered next day, and she said absolutely. She called her delivery person Sal, and he was available to do the delivery the following day. When Sal and his son arrived, they were nothing but professional from removing our old washer and dryer to installing the new washer and dryer. Both Sal and his son were so polite and accommodating. I could not recommend Hartshorn's anymore highly than I do today. They were awesome.”

I'll be needing a stove soon and I'll be back to Howard's and will be looking for Bobby Thirkills assistance again.”

“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”

“I went looking for a hose for a power washer. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I needed assistance. Wow, thanks. I went to the aisle where the hoses were, and as soon as I was there, another employee asked if I needed assistance. Awesome. He helped to choose the right one needed for my washer. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Plus there were several choices for my price point. Great experience shopping for a hose at Lowes; unexpected.”

“Got all my knives sharpened at Chef's Toys. Now I can cut paper and wooden logs like on TV. Oh I do love sharp knives. You have never cut an onion so nicely and fast! Carne Asada will be no match! Next stop: Stater Bros to get 1 1/2" stakes. Cutting them on the bias will be a joy. I warned Mrs. Yelper over and over--BE CAREFUL. Sharp knives are supposed to be safer than dull ones, but Mrs. Yelper does not speak knives and sometimes cuts things in her hands like The Old Times. I will stay vigilant.”

“Thank you so much Tera!!!! Tera help me get the right piece I needed for my ice maker problem. As soon as I walked into the appliance section Tera greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her to give me a minute as I try to find what I needed. Once I realize I couldn't find what I needed I asked her for help tera knew right away what aisle to go to and told me exactly what parts I would need to fix my problem with my icemaker. I found what I thought I needed and went back since Tera made me feel very comfortable and welcoming to ask her if it was the right piece. Tera asked where in ice maker convection was my problem. If it was ripe and around what area. Tera recommended a union contractor. Tera made my day. I had no idea that was a thing. I thought I need a whole new kit. Save me time and stress.. Thank you Tera at corona McKinley store for amazing customer service! You know your department well! You value your customers well. I should asked where the flashlights were cuz that's was another mission. LOL”

“I like this location the people are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they shut down all the cash registers except at lumber. I hate self checkout. I have been accused of theft in the past, not at Lowe's. Due to this I will never again use self checkout. So now they only have one register open. It drives me nuts. Please open more cash registers. The self checkout is just too potentially problematic for me.”

She Was the only Person in that department and I was soo close to go spend My 3k dollars at Lowe's. Home Depot You can't only have 1 person by themselves especially when the People are there to spend thousands of Dollars. Again Yanire Bos was great and We will go to Her for any future purchases.”
