Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! “This is my first time purchasing anything from Howards and I'm glad I did. I purchased a washer and dryer over the phone with Basma and I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendly disposition. Basma made sure I was able to contact her at anytime on the day of delivery in case I had an issue. I actually did have an issue regarding installation and she offered me fantastic customer service. My recent visit to The Home Depot on Katella Ave in Orange, CA, was mostly great, although it had one notable low point. Let's break it down, shall we?My mission for the day was simple - just a couple of boxes and some tape for an upcoming move. Of course, as with any trip to Home Depot, I found myself wandering around the store; you never know when inspiration might strike for a new DIY project, right?While navigating the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna in the kitchen area, who kindly pointed me in the right direction when I was looking for the restroom. Staff like Anna are what make shopping experiences truly enjoyable - it's not just about buying products, but the interaction and the community feel that really matter.Now, the one unfortunate aspect of my visit was the state of the bathroom. It was, to put it mildly, not up to par. I had to walk right back out, which wasn't a pleasant surprise.To sum it all up, The Home Depot on Katella Ave is a great place to shop for all your DIY and home improvement needs. It's brimming with potential project ideas and great staff like Anna. However, the cleanliness of the restroom could definitely use some attention. For this reason, I'm giving this Home Depot location a solid 4 stars - a little polishing and it could easily reach that 5-star standard. Keep up the great work, and let's clean up those bathrooms! “We needed a dryer ASAP because ours went caput. As soon as Pacific Sales opened at 10:00 AM, my husband and I were there. We were greeted by Sean who was very helpful and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. I told him we needed a dryer delivered the same week. We chose an LG dryer because I read they were the best and most reliable. Sean scheduled our delivery and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I took off one star because the young lady who checked us out at the front wasn't the most friendly employee. You can do better than that, Pacific Sales. We're repeat customers and so are my parents. It's possible to lose customers and referrals based on a negative experience with one employee.”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“I went here in interest of what kind of BBQ grills they have as an option and what they offer as I like things to be visual. It's on that right hand plaza next to an Italian restaurant. The owner here as I hear many reference as Sunny is knowledgeable and provided an answer to my questions. As I looked around I witnessed him helping out a lady who came in interest. She was to the point type of person and came off abrasive but Sunny was gentle and kind offering solutions and options with no intent to rush her interest in making a decision to purchase. I heard him provide realistic time frame on the product of her interest. Considering His main warehouse is in Corona, CA as the shop here has a variety of BBQ brands and options. I did hear Sunny say that He carried over 20 brands so if your looking for a BBQ Grill or even a customized outdoor setup for your home I experienced the option to customize to the specs that would fit my idea of space. Thank you for your help and knowing you remain the same with other customers helps me make a comfortable decision on who to go with. Staff here we're accommodating offering water as it was a warm and humid day. Tim Kennan was knowledgeable in what to expect during the whole process of installation. Kyle was extremely helpful in providing additional details of other products I had questions for when Sunny allowed me to look around and the customer walked in. Luke who put together the specs, and what it could look like was open to hearing and tailoring to customize the way I would like my outdoor kitchen to appear. Can't wait to celebrate once I get my new BBQ Grill! Thank you BBQ Outlets I will surely refer you to others.”

“I stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.”

“My refrigerator is working fine, but the ice maker switch was broken. I've used Apco often enough for various repairs that I know the woman who answers the phone. Actually, this is a mother-son (plus others) business. Dave always tries to isolate the actual component that isn't working - the switch - where Sears or the other big repair services would want to replace the entire icemaker. He's nice and easy-going, while being professional. I'm not a person who makes many recommendations, but I've told a number of friends about Apco. And now I'm telling you. You won't regret using this company for your repairs.”

“I don't give out many 5 stars, but i received the best customer service from Daniel, i has to write a review. I've been searching for a shower kit for my remodel for WEEKS. I'm holding up the work because contractor is waiting for the shower valve. Finally, I decided to go to someone who could take my specifications, and find the system for me. I walked in and Daniel was at the counter. He patiently looked up every feature I wanted and put together a system i was looking for AND made sure I had all of the pieces required for assembly. I was so happy when I left.”

He kept every commitment he made and took care of this situation by exceeding our expectations.
