Vince was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with our needs, and we were able to look at many options within our price range to make an informed decision. Vince provided a wide variety of options at unbeatable prices. My wife and I highly recommend this store, and we plan to come back when we have more furniture purchases in the near future.”

“We had a great and easy experience atMattress Firm, Chino Hills location. Tiffany was the associate that greeted us as we walked in. I usually say I'm "just looking" in hopes that I am left alone to browse and shop without a pushy sales person following me around. However, this was NOT the case with Tiffany. She was friendly, relatable and very helpful. It was easy to talk to her and explain what we were looking for without feeling like she was trying to upsell us on anything. She was able to answer our questions and give us the information we were inquiring about. I was honestly going in there with the intention of just gathering information and testing out a mattress that we had in mind. But Tiffany gave us such a good deal and made it so easy, that we ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base before leaving! Delivery is set for tomorrow and I can't wait, thank you Tiffany! Also, shout out to her co worker that was there (don't recall his name but according to Tiffany he's a mattress geek ?) he was friendly and helpful as well. Thanks guys!”

“Before I post this review... I want to be clear that I had zero intentions of replacing our Tempur-Pedic bed. Our polite conversation with Randy and the REM team was so care-free and pleasant, I felt at ease to settle my curiosity. There were no obligations to simply give it a test run. However I do admit that it was hard to resist the floor models' comfort. There was still no pressure. If I can appreciate one thing, I give full respect for letting me reach my own conclusions... No harm, no foul... In return, I gave it 3-4 months to form my review. No exaggeration, my first night sleep after the set-up was so peaceful. I didn't realize the true missing factor in my comfort was the cool temperature in the mattress. It was certainly a pleasant surprise and a game changer. Now that our mattress matches the climate here in Hawaii, I rest longer and healthier. That fact alone is out of bounds! For the value in price, it was by far the best money spent! I only wish I had found REM before I moved to Hawaii, I would have saved so much more. Personal shout out to Randy Maddix for your excellent customer service, and to REM Sleep Solutions for top notch valuable products.”

“I’ve had my Wilding Wallbed for about a month now and I can’t say enough great things about the bed and the overall purchase land production of it! I was looking for around 6 months at other places and finally took the 1.5 hour drive to their location. He is patient and very helpful. The prices are also good and for a brand like Nectar and Dreamcloud, he not only has them in stock but he also has the same prices as online. Better to buy from a local small business than a major online retailer. Cannot recommend this business enough!”

Here are the events of today:Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home.10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock.10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress.12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered.1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom!I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though.I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine.Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!”

“I needed to buy a firm mattress for my 85-year-old father. We had been to several stores that he tried out and they were just over the top expensive. American Bedding is a family own warehouse. They were so awesome in finding just the right mattress for him. He end up with a beautiful 12in.Bamboo Charcoal Cal. King- bottom was 10in. firm with a 2in.soft pillow top. They will make you what ever firmness & size you need/want. We told them what dad wanted. Two days later they called and said the bed was ready, I went down to take a look at it, and then they delivered it the same day. GREAT PRICES, for a great mattress. They were very nice to deal with. Communication throughout the progress of the bed was nice. I will definitely be buying more mattresses from them! Looking forward to seeing what they can do for an oddball size mattress in our trailer. I will update this review in a couple weeks and let you know how wonderful dad is sleeping now!”

“Went to about 6 different mattress stores and discount mattress warehouses before coming across Orange County Mattress in Fullerton. I was greeted by Gina who exceeded my expectations in many ways. Genuine customer service, experienced knowledge of product and had a wide array of inventory for sleep mattresses, box springs, platforms and frames. Their prices were less than the competitors for the same product and they even have a clearance section. Gina was able to answer all my questions and provide me with sensible recommendations which led to my purchase and that didn't empty my pockets. We absolutely love our new bed and restful sleep. “I stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.”
