“Since I returned to this region of CA, I have depended on D ave and his crew at Corona del Mar/Chevron on PCH to tend to my old BMW. They are easy to deal with, explain to those of us auto challenged just what our vehicles need. andIn the past, they have checked out a few things I worried about without charging me. Very unusual to trust a mechanic especially if you're my gender-female - with my hair color-, white though I prefer to call it silver.Thanks Dave, glad I can depend on you & the guys.Marla”

“I was referred to them by a friend who said they were very honest, competent, reliable and charged reasonable prices. That was a complete understatement! I took my Ford Explorer in because it was making a grinding noise. They road tested it, put it on the rack, took off all four tires, check all the rotors, brake pads, hydraulic systems and fixed the problem. When I got the bill, they did not charge me anything! The owner Paul said that the issue was simply a brake plate pushing against the rotor, a rare occurance. Amazing not even a labor charge. I cheaply gave him a twenty and thanked him. I will be a customer for life.”
“Even though I didn't want to buy a new car because the economy sucks right now and everything is ridicuously overpriced and marked up tenfold. I forked up my savings and headed over to Tustin Mazda dealership. Even though they couldn't offer the price I had in mind I still had a wonderful experience-- we were greeted promptly the first minute we arrived. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, especially Larry Henderson and Sammy. Best salesmans' I've ever met. They worked with us and made the process of getting my new CX-50 very smooth! Thanks Larry for guiding/helping us set up the Mazda app and car settings in detail. Associates were very thoughtful and offered beverages and snacks while we were there. Debbie, from finance, no pressure from the add-ons that was a plus, which we truly appreciate.
The next day my sister noticed dirty spots on the interior top fabric of the car. I reached out to Larry and he was so kind. He told me to bring the car back in and they will clean it for me and balance out my tire pressure and they did just that. Thank you Larry and Mazda detailing staff! I am beyond happy with my choice of car :)”

“Own a 2006 Range RS Supercharged. JP European shop in HB is AWESOME!!! My friends had their Jags repaired here and recommended JP. I am confirming and recommending JP as well. I had coolant leaks. JP took care of it. I go more issues but will go back to fix the other items. Prices are good and service is fun and pleasant. Nice people.”

There are quite a few steps to getting the old windshield out and the new one in, and you could tell they knew each step by heart. Never missed a beat! They recalibrated my camera and it works PERFECT!!! This is what every business should be!!”
“Brandon and Jerry are a hardworking duo who meet my tinting needs. I came to tint my 23 Tacoma and had scheduled for Wednesday. However, work related tasks came up and I was unable to make the appointment. I let Brandon know that I couldn't make it. Brandon was responsive, understanding, and accommodating of my situation and rescheduled me at a later time. The day came and I brought in my Tacoma. Brandon and Jerry were knowledgeable in their product and gave their pros and cons of each tint. They both were helpful with their recommendations on tint. Which helped me make a decision on what I wanted. I opted for their premium tint and got 5% rear, 15% front, and 70% windshield. An all around tint for an extremely good price. The turnaround time was about 2 hours which is not long at all compared to other shops in the area. After the job was done. The drive home was a big difference. The sun wasn't beating on my arm like it used to. Thank you Brandon and Jerry I hope to see your business thrive.”
“I have been to Euro car doctor 3 times. This is a location you can generally trust technically and pricewise. They have good technical knowledge of my car and offering competitive pricing for their service. The only negative experience I had was scheduling my first appointment with them. In their commercials they advertised walk-ins are welcome and once I drove there they said they do not accept walk-in and I had to schedule a new time. At my first experience with them at the time of check out they did not deliver the car by the time they committed and I had to wait there for more than one hour. The next two experience was good and satisfactory. Generally, I recommend this place for your car service and maintenance.”
“Matt was super helpful throughout the entire repair process and provided me with piece of mind and he also recommended me parts that needed to be replaced and completed an entire multi point inspection. As an Audi enthusiast myself i can see how much pride Matt and his team take into their work and how different they are from any ordinary shop. “This auto shop was recommended by multiple community groups on Facebook and I went here a few months ago to get my Honda serviced. Great customer service and prices. The mechanic even showed me up close the damage I had done to my car and explained exactly what had to be replaced and done to fix everything. I appreciated the insight and seeing the problems he pointed out. I thought I just needed my break pads replaced but I had worn in my pads so badly it caused a lot of damage to my car (it was obvious after the mechanic took the wheel and parts off and showed me). So I had to get more replaced than originally expected but it was definitely needed. Would recommend this mechanic to anyone, will go back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This place is great! I was trying to get my transmission fluid replaced and was recommended to Automotive Exellence. The customer service was amazing! Josh was very helpful and reasonable and was willingly to help decrease the price for my transmission. Unfortunately, I didn’t go that route due to my budget but I was able to get my brake fluids fixed by them and they got it done at a certain time I wanted it to be done! Great team they got over there, definitely my spot to go to.”

“Lee and his team are the absolute best. My Volvo C70 roof was leaking after the rain storm we had, and Lee told me to come to the shop as soon as I had time so he could check it out. Not only did he find the problem and fix it for free, he also cleaned out the drains which were clogged so my trunk didn’t flood the next time it rained. AAA convertible has been the BEST and I wouldn’t still have my car without them!”

Bill Harvey, a senior tech master technician, was extremely kind and offered to take the keys to the car and hand it off to the tow truck when they came two hours later. This allowed our family to continue on our vacation with relatively little disruption. It was a completely unnecessary act of kindness and Bill was extremely generous with his time. We are so grateful. It indicates to me that Bill and his organization act with a level of integrity a client could trust and rely on.”
