Instead of a remodel you should’ve added more tellers. One teller at lunchtime with a line 10 people deep? Not the first time I’ve had to leave because of this.

I called today at almost 1 p.m. and a guy answered and arrogantly told me that he'd call back after 15 minutes. No call after 30 minutes, so I decided to go to the branch. Found a long line because of a training going on. I gave up and left as I only had an enquiry and there was no one to help.
