“While most interactions at bank branches are run-of-the-mill and probably lead to a three star rating; Daniel and the team at Chase Bank on Clayton Road are the exception. When we moved to town, one of the very friendly relationship managers was so kind in helping to merge our accounts. When fraud compromise my checking account, Daniel V. was able to help resolve the issue in an expedient manner with the utmost kindness - he was the only one in the situation who went to bat for me, he was personally invested in the matter, and I really appreciate it. One has to take into account the fact that many times these employees are getting blamed for other's negligence or wrongdoing, as many of these lower reviews signify. However, I've banked with Chase for years, and will continue to do so because of the level of excellent customer service that Chase employees provide, which is so wanton in America today!”

“I've been coming here for the past 5 years and it is by far my favorite gas station because of their consistency in an AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, Especially Meredith. It's an overall very Positive Experience every single time I come here which is at least 2-4 times a week. “Cindy was just fantastic. Very knowledgeable and went over every detail to find the perfect checking/savings account for me. Very kind and took her time to go over all of my concerns. Branch manager Toma is a very dignified man. Well dressed, great attitude and highly knowledgeable. Checked in with me before the appointment and made a great suggestion that worked out even better in the end. Loved how quickly and efficiently everything was taken care of.”

“A rare find! Terrible service overall...BUT, best service ever by Ms. Elyacy! This is for her calm and listening demeanor and her ability to relate to and to support my ongoing issues of fraud, terrible customer service in multiple branches and on the phone, and poor response by BofA overall. She may be a BofA employee, but she is extremely understanding and helpful. My only concern is that a positive rating here will affect her negatively, as she is customer positive, which is definitely not a BofA trait. She should be training in-branch and telephone staff, most all of whom read from scripts, have no idea how to resolve an issue they're unfamiliar with, and, simply, likely have a quota to meet not based on customer service or issue resolution. One quality employee of 15-20 on the phone, in branch, and regional market rep...glad to be gone from BofA. Thank you, Ms. Elyacy!... to you and your family!”
