“Went and visited this branch on a Friday noon hoping that they wouldn't be too busy, and sure enough they weren't :) We got there, lined up, and immediately a teller was available to help us. The transaction went smoothly and the teller was very helpful and friendly. We were able to finish our transaction within a matter of minutes, which was definitely much appreciated so that I could still have time for my lunch break. And parking at this location was very easy as this branch of Chase is located in the Clayton Valley Shopping Center, so yes, parking space is not an issue at all here and it's plenty. And Chase is kinda to the side of the shopping center so in this area parking lot is typically even more available :) I will definitely go to this branch again if I need to go visit Chase next time.”

Heather, Jordan and Bob were holding down the echoing spacious and beautiful banking center "branch" as Mr. Downer did it didn't like the word (I can't remember). I am a customer first and a previous employee removed with wrong reason because I was exempt employee. Exempt employees have many rights hourly employees do not. But let's no back to that time. Let's talk about the without "probable reason" to close a "long lasting" relationship which was the previous tag line. The Downer jewel is tarnished expansion into Southern California simply just makes Mechanics Bank a non-family bank. You'll see 5 stars here and you'll see 1 stars at 2 other locations; HQ and the domiciling bank of my closed accounts. Sorry, Rauly, clean up will be messy.”

When fraud compromise my checking account, Daniel V. was able to help resolve the issue in an expedient manner with the utmost kindness - he was the only one in the situation who went to bat for me, he was personally invested in the matter, and I really appreciate it. One has to take into account the fact that many times these employees are getting blamed for other's negligence or wrongdoing, as many of these lower reviews signify. However, I've banked with Chase for years, and will continue to do so because of the level of excellent customer service that Chase employees provide, which is so wanton in America today!”

“I had many negative and positive experiences at this branch over 6 year period, but today the supervisor/senior business specialist Rini Susilo provided exceptional service. I entered the bank at 11:42 AM and there were 25 people in line and others coming in behind me. The bank closes at noon on Saturdays. Rini eventually locked the door at noon, but went through the line helping people who didn't need a teller to help speed the process. She asked what I needed and I explained to her what I needed and that it needed to be resolved today. She said she would help me, but it would still be a long wait if I was willing to wait. I did and ahe got to me about 15 minutes later and worked out everything professionally and with a kind supportive measure that I really appreciated!! Thank you Rini!!”
