Is this place ever open? Went by twice during their posted business hours bit no one is ever there

Very disappointed in Suburban. Called to see if they could re-certify my propane tank. They said yes, but needed to add me as a customer and put me in their database. Spent 5-10 minutes on this process. Then they said they would call me back and never did. Not sure how they stay in business if they don’t call back customers.
