When it came down to the date of move-in, we ended up not needing their services due to unforeseen circumstances. The representatives were very helpful for us to cancel and get a full refund back. They were very helpful during our time and need and quick change of plans. If we ever need moving needs again, we shall consider them!”

“We are in the process of a full-gut remodel of a very small retail space in downtown Walnut Creek. Being that we are in 'construction mode', we needed a space to stage items that we have ordered to have on-hand when our contractor needs them.We considered a POD (or something like it), but unfortunately don't have the physical space on-site to accommodate it.Went to The Walnut Creek location of Public Storage, and they didn't have any units that were drive-up (exterior units) available. The staff there asked if we would like to be placed on their waiting list. Before I could even answer, Dominique had jumped on the Public Storage website, and let us know that a 10' x 15' drive-up was currently available at their location on Concord Avenue. Better yet...closer to Home Depot!Booked online and got everything set-up within moments. Super easy!Arrived yesterday to install my cylinder lock and return the Public Storage-issued one, as I already have my own.Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by Tammi, who I believe is the property manager for that location...she mentioned that she has been there at that location for eleven years.She answered my questions about access for additional people (3 contractors + business owner + investor), in addition to myself, and walked me through the Public Storage app on my iPhone - explaining how access to the facility works.Then she went ABOVE AND BEYOND...she locked the office, and walked me to my storage unit to ensure that everything was as expected. The unit was not just broom-clean, it was impeccable! (And, trust me, that comes from the King of OCD!!)The entire facility is spotless and well-maintained, and Tammi is a HUGE asset to this company...no wonder she's been there as long as she has. Super friendly, efficient, organized, and knows her products and services. She made everything really easy and turnkey. Tammi is a very kind person, and it is clearly evident that she takes great pride in her job with Public Storage!!!Overall, an AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Second time renting a locker here. Check in was so easy with the manager. Took <20 mins touring the locker, paying, and signing the paperwork. Very easy and streamlined process. Locker looks clean. I like the cement and metal style to avoid animals and mold.”

It’s a central location on monument and is open long hours so any time we want to go, it’s open!The prices are very reasonable and the staff helped us figure out the best package for us—with the best deals., which they always seem to have. They’re really nice, good people who are responsive and reasonable, and they have made it a real pleasure. If I ever need to store stuff again, I’m coming here.”

“Great independent storage facility. I had an inside storage space for 3 years and it was always easy to get in/get out even during off hours. The office is responsive and resolves issues quickly and is quite friendly. I never had an issue with the storage space, and there are always carts available to move things around. We had a lot to move 3 years ago due to a family member passing and the staff helped out with facilitating moving things around and checking in on our progress. I just moved out completely and the process was quick and painless.”

“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”

First, the manager Chris is friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. Second, the facility is always spotless, I mean CLEAN to the nth degree. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This facility is also associated with the Central Self-Storage group. I give this place five stars and if there were any more stars in the rating, I'd give them, too.”
