This is the best Metro PCS store that I've been to before. The place is clean and the lady that helped me today was very knowledgeable and professional.

Great store ,good location, safe parking, store is clean staff is friendly and very helpful , the inventory and prices good it was overall very stress free and positive experience this is now my go to spot for my Metro needs ???

First went to the LOUSY corporate store in P.H. (see my review on them). Next, I called this Concord store (Port Chicago Hwy.) and spoke to Patty about a phone I wanted and she confirmed she had it in stock.Drove there and she had it ready for us.
