“I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

“Went to store on Dec 7 and greeted by Perry S. who was super helpful and friendly.He helped me and my wife to exchange our old set top box to the new 4K set top box.He also provided us a new cable to connect the box to the wall mount.We were in the store for 5-10 minutes and we received the best service we have never had before.I had to returned to the store again on Dec 11 due to the faulty 4K set top box.This is expected due to the fact that they were all refurbished units.The office was extremely busy this time and I had 10 people ahead of me.Again, I was lucky to work with Perry who provided me with exceptional support.I’ve worked with many Comcast representatives in different locations over the past 22 years as a Comcast customer.Perry is the best, the most knowledgeable and friendly person.”
