“My go-to favorite neighborhood grocery store, this one has some very specific ethnic foods as well as all the staple foods. Sometimes not stocked well because of high demand but most of the time you can buy majority of your food needs there. Who mange the store - Thank you! and keep it up!”

“Love this store. They have a large variety of international food that I can't find everywhere - the best part of shopping at this store is that the owners are always there and you can ask their suggestions. They always try the new products themselves, and they are very keen about the expiration dates - you won't find an expired product on their shelves.”

“Helpful employees the 20 something year old guys that are there during the weekdays are nice and efficient and everything has a good price except they hiked up their prices by a dollar or three on the only things I come here to buy”

“Love this great little market & bakery! It's clean, well organized, and their prices are very fair. From the very first time I stopped in there, the owners, Samir & Lamia, have been very pleasant & helpful whenever I have questions, including offering their advice on one product over another. In addition, Lamia has had home-made tabbouleh, baba ganoush & hummus in the past (order in advance), which was so much better than anything commercial you can buy in a store. They also have a cheese case & kibbeh (yum!). Thank you, Lamia & Samir, it's always a pleasure to chat with you when I drop in!”

“Grocery Outlet is great! I love the "Crap shoot"element to it. While they carry staples that one can count on being there, exploring for the rarities is a joy. And they carry some really good wines for great prices.”

“The heart of monument. This is my favorite supermarket, and ever since they renovated las montanas does a good job at feeling like you were transported somewhere. They have great selections of meat, fruits, vegetables, Spanish condiments, etc. There's much to see, and a lot of to-go food options, breakfast, lunch, dinner items, a buffet style bar, as well as food made to order. I love the renovations they've made, there's even tables and two rooms to eat your food at. Employees are great too!”

“Love the selection of spices and Desi essentials! This store is small but mighty in terms of variety in Indian/Pakistani grocery items. They also have a snack section filled with interesting chips, cookies as well as traditional Desi brands like Shan and Tetley. I highly recommend this Indian grocery store and I can't wait to go back and try some more goodies!”

“"Dollar General" What a joy it was when "Dollar General started moving their stores out " West". The nostalgia, the memories and joy these stores bring me is really like a piece of my childhood. What is that you ask? Well having been born in "Arkansas" and having loved back and fourth between there and "Texas" till my family decided to come to "California". These were the value discount stores I remember. "What's Special about Dollar General?" Everything is special about "Dollar General" or "DG" as I affectionately know it and kinda the slang word my family in the South and Midwest use to use. Just like those other establishments you know, the one that says they're only "99¢" and the other one with the "Tree" or "Family" depending on where you live. Not everything is just a dollar anymore....let's get that out of the way first. But what you do get at "DG" is consistent and the offerings actually IMO is better than what the competition has to offer. I like the "General" in the naming because they're basically telling you that everything isn't just a buck, but generally speaking a great deal of things are. "What you should expect...." Great deals and an expanded amount of offerings that you won't see at the competitor stores. At "Dollar General" the stores often times are in areas where the markets are very convenient for shoppers. Here you really could go grocery shopping, buy your toiletries, get your general household items, even self care products, and for you people that like your "Spirits and Beer" they got you covered. A true one stop shop really, especially if you don't feel like going to a big box retailer and dealing with long lines and annoying people, especially during this day in age. "Conclusion" Dollar General Concord: Sits right off the freeway on Solano Ave in Concord. Service: The service here needs improvement, often times the staff seem annoyed people are in the store, like.... we're the ones supporting the store so that it stays open. Price Range: The prices range from one dollar and up like most of the stores in the "Value Bracket" now. But still the prices are pretty competitive especially when you compare it to 'Wally World" or "The Red Bullseye" if you get my drift.”

“It's best place for Indian Groceries in this area and extends to Walnut Creek and Pleasanthill too. Very reasonable and all un-expired material which is the best part. Amazing store staff. You can get fresh chapatis, dholkas which tast awesome, fresh veggie/paneer puff which too tastes amazing surprisingly. Lots of options...”

“I like Lucky's Supermarket. Love they carry kresmeyer deli brand. I did a instacart order and ordered 8 piecefried chicken. It did not smell good. It smelled like it was old oil and tasted bland. Throughout.”

“This is a satellite version of Whole Foods if you are used to the larger ones with more options. Fruit selection is tremendous here. They don’t have a dedicated full service specialty cheese section. So don’t expect to get any Holy Trinity Gouda here. But there is an 8 ft attempt to appease cheese lovers. Overall good store I will return.”
