“We were just in this store to use the restroom and find something to help my 4 year old granddaughters neck. We had the most ahhhhmaaaaaazing experience with people trying to help us/her. Rachel was extraordinary, and so was the lovely young woman with the most adorable hair at Starbucks. I can't even express how much I appreciate them. Thank you!!! “Overall a pleasant shopping experience at this Safeway in Pleasant Hill. Shelves are well stocked with a nice clean store. The Starbucks inside is also fast, friendly and efficient. However there were only 2 cashiers so I opted for the self check out line. I encountered some issues, along with another self check out customer, and it took a long while for someone (apparently a manager) to come to assist. Their weekly specials are always a deal. The store was pretty empty on a Wednesday afternoon. So it was a fast in and out.”

“I would like to say from last time I'm pleasantly surprised on the changes made in their employees.The two that helped us were very friendly last night and it's just a big change from my last visit where he was trying to practically tackle us for paying at the pharmacy.However we did go up to the front instead of using the pharmacy this time so maybe that's also why and it was night time.I'm still grateful that it changed and it's improving I will definitely be back thanks! I Love to see a business that actually takes your feedback and puts it into good use instead of getting upset about it. Good-job Safeway !”

“I bounce between this store and oak Park Safeway. I stopped going to countrywood Safeway because a new employee embarrassed me in front of a line of customers. I go here because they care and most of the time find u a bagger. I am disabled and live in pain. No one can tell so the let me bag 300 dollar orders. I love John he's the best. They bring many stock people to check and I appreciate that. They also work very hard. I appreciate all baggers - thank you from the bottom of my”
