“I totally disagree with Maxwell. Granted, his review was in 2012 and I have never worked with CrateSafe (do they still exist?), but USArt is pretty top notch in my opinion. Cookes is an absolute joke. They'll hire anyone off of Skid Row to ram, crush and slam your crate into place. I would never allow them to move art. USArt has always sent great drivers who are absolutely trained and respectful of art work. They also have a nice storage facility, which many of the smaller Co's can't offer. Maybe Crate88 is great, I don't know, but USArt and LAPCaT is where you want to go if you're looking for something for a big or long distance move.”

Unfortunately, due to some drivers consistently leaving our restroom in a messy state, not flushing, and even breaking things, we've had to make the tough call to restrict access. Imagine facing that situation repeatedly – it's not something anyone would tolerate willingly.Now, waiting is another challenge we grapple with. When the warehouse isn't buzzing with activity, loading and unloading times can be swift. But, during peak periods, waiting becomes inevitable. We share the common goal of ensuring drivers get in and out quickly, but, as you know, things don't always align with our ideal scenario.Came across a review mentioning a boy from front desk with an attitude. Just wanted to clear the air— I'd bet you might have been the one pushing some buttons.”

“Is nice for drop and hook. If you have an empty to drop go and drop it first at the south side of the building, then come back around where you enter, and go to window 9 to take the paper work, the loaded will be in the south side. The main gate is on central after walnut next light. Have fun!”
