“It is a warehouse facility, which receives mostly international shipping items. I have been at this establishment, several years ago, to pick up items that were sent from Europe. Everything arrived well and without defects. Of course, next time, when I will be sending items from Europe to the States, these items might end up here. However, everyone was doing their jobs correctly, and I did not have any problems.”

“At check in point the lady is helping, “above and beyond” but second customer service (they have a two driver check in point, they call it customer service) working slow and so slow. Which is don’t care about drivers time. Got paperwork that says 56k pounds and asked that’s true or not. She left me to figure out and back after 30 minutes. Place is clean and employees are friendly. Only thing is they don’t care about drivers time. Only by appointment. Make sure you have a food and ELD time”

“Is nice for drop and hook. If you have an empty to drop go and drop it first at the south side of the building, then come back around where you enter, and go to window 9 to take the paper work, the loaded will be in the south side. The main gate is on central after walnut next light. Have fun!”
