“I was in need of some better insoles for some workboots I have been breaking in for a new job and did some research and found this store nearby in Fontana. The reviews didn't lie, the customer service provided by Victor Diaz was excellent. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in regards to what type of insoles I needed. I was particularly amazed by the technology used to scan my feet in order to determine what insoles fit me best. I bought the recommended soles the "Aetrex Premium Memory Foam L2300" that comes with a 30 day unconditional comfort guarantee and an extra pair of "Memory Foam by Form" just to try them out. I would highly recommend this store for any of your workboot related needs.”

“This isn’t a complaint but a rave regarding one of your employees. I visited a Journeys store At 7 pm on 12/02/2020 inside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, California. I understand the holiday season is upon us and sometimes stores can get very busy. Upon entering the store, only one employee was seen, and he was helping another customer, but greeted us regardless. This employee’s name is Nick. His ability to multitask while being absolutely courteous is superb. We originally went to the store to exchange shoes for a larger size. This store did not have the larger size but Nick called a minimum of 6 stores in the area to see if they had the style and size I was looking for. In between calling stores for me, he was helping multiple people while being energetic, kind, and just the kind of person a company would want to represent them as a brand. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for the style of shoe I was originally looking for, but opted for a very similar style in the correct size instead. If it wasn’t for Nick and the amazing customer experience he provided, I would have just returned my purchase for cash and purchased shoes elsewhere. He made the experience exactly what any company would strive for. He deserves praise and recognition for his amazing skills as an employee.”

“Referred here by my coworkers to get our scrubs embroidered and they did not disappoint! I dropped it off at noon and was able to pick it up the very next day at noon! Turn around time was very quick and the earlier you bring them in the quicker they'll have it ready and done by. The owner was very friendly and helpful! They also have tons of selections from scrubs to scissors and badge accessories. I also wanted to embroider my Figs jacket with my credentials and they charge $6 for 1 line and $8 for 2 lines! Very affordable compared to paying $14+ for it from the Figs company. Will definitely come by in the future to get more embroidery done. They also have a discounted price for healthcare workers to have their scrub tops done.”
