“My son was in search for a new board. He has been riding on a hand down board his father got him just to get him started. But he's now in need of a new board so we went to search the mall at Tyler. We went to Zummies, Tilly's, and lastly Vans. Although all other stores had some great selections my son just had to get the demon slayer which vans had in stock. Not only was the girl helping us very helpful the star was the person actually teaching my son how to build his board from top to bottom. I believe his names was Brian, (I'm sorry if I got his name wrong ) but he's not someone you can miss if he's working. He's the tallest in the store haha! He was really helpful and gave my son tons of tips on how to make his board and what tools to use. All in all it was a great experience and will recommend anyone to get a board here. They were great! “I have been going to renicks 15 years and yes I still have the same boots that he custom made for my feet ..I have 3 pairs on rotation, I have seen customers with mobile issues come in for custom fitting so that they can remove shoes easier or walk easier by rolling type shoe... very late on testimonial but at least I can state it's been 15 years of great service .”

“Big 5 is very convenient usually has what we need for sporting goods and a great shoe selection. It's conveniently located in magnolia center generally they have a very knowledgeable staff and they are always friendly . I have been shopping here for years and years. The only disappointment is the quality of fishing merchandise it is more for the beginner .”

“This store/company has the best customer service , that I have possibly EVER received. I was warmly greeted and even offered a refreshment. That small gesture, goes so far. I mean , I felt like I had genuine, not annoying, warm customer service. They genuinely wanted to help me with any concerns or questions. I did NOT feel for ONE second that they were just trying to make sales. My mother loves their products, they have some really beautiful things. I get family vibes from them , and I feel valued. Bravo to them. Last of a dying breed.”

“Ordered some shoes for my daughter for pick up. There was a mix up on their online method to where I had to call them and make sure that my daughter was able to be the one to pick them up since I’m out here in LA. Abraham was able to help me out to make sure that it worked out for her to be the one to pick them up, despite the bug in their online ordering system. For some reason their system let me put her name for her to be the one to pick them up, but by the end of the order their system had put my name for pick up… things could have been all bad. Thank you Abraham and all there at Foot Locker for helping my daughter and I to make it happen correctly.”

“One of the better Shiekh stores I've been too. Going in to pick up was easy and simple. If you go in to put in raffles entries the barcodes to scan are usually inside on the table before the register. They get a good amount of retro Jordans but haven't seen them get Yeezys.”

I've been shopping here for a long time, if you are looking for rare shoes or are just into sneakers I'd recommend coming here. They have a nice collection- every time I go I end up finding shoes either for myself or my family. We all love collecting shoes. Their prices in comparison to other stores is fair. I've never seen them overprice a shoe even if it's rare their prices have typically always been fair. Some rare shoe stores will charge a whole lot over retail and take advantage of customers.”
