“My son ordered a jacket off Amazon that was a size extra large. He is very skinny and should have ordered a medium. They took measurements and took in the jacket, the shoulders and the sleeves. Before the alterations he was swimming in this jacket. The outcome came out fantastic. The shoulders and sleeves fit him perfectly. His look was so polished after the jacket was altered. The price was very reasonable and affordable. We would definitely recommend for any alterations.”

“I've had almost entirely positive experience with this store. The clothing is of decent quality, the staff is helpful, the material is durable and it's stylish. My some complaint would be with the sizing.In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!”

“In regards to hat shaping.... HUNTER did an amazing job! I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hats. He does an amazing job and makes sure everything fits just right. He also spends a lot of time on it and will fix things that the average person will convince you is acceptable or things that you may not even notice is wrong. “I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

He is focused on the youth---who are our future. Show him some love and support him.For the record, my (future ex husband) and I had gotten into a terrible argument before we arrived. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with.
