“Michael and Henry provide great customer service. Came in with a phone that wasn't reading the SIM card. They noticed right away that it might have been an issue with the expanding battery causing a loose wire connection to the SIM card tray. The battery was replaced and although I still had issues, Michael was willing to spend extra time to take it apart to inspect it again. The issue was finally resolved when I got a new SIM card from my phone carrier. Overall, Fix My Phone SF went above and beyond my expectations and I would come here again if I should ever need repairs.”

“I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”

I called these guys up and they gave me a decent quote and I dropped my laptop off, and I was able to pick it up the next day with a new battery. Quality work, they opened and closed the magnesium body surface book properly. Now it works as good as on day 1. Thanks!”

“Long story short, the staff here are very patient and quick to offer solutions that one would otherwise not think of. Very knowledgable and kind.I was hurting for a phone charger and mine was dead. I was unable to pay for a charger until I could turn on my device (samsung s22). Juan immediately offered to charge my phone. However, it turned out there was an issue with my charging port. Cas took the time to carefully inspect the issue which was very kind as i didn't even think to ask! It turned out there was a hardware issue, and thus irreparable. But Juan quickly suggested a wireless charging solution.They charged my phone with enough juice to purchase a charger and i now have a solution to a problem i've had for months now!I really appreciate their effort and problem-solving skills.”

“I must say, I unfortunately don't have the name of the man who helped me the other day, only his employee ID # on my receipt. Of course, I can't post that on here. I would love to commend him! Long story short, he was very professional. I had to buy a new phone & he helped me to pick out a new phone very quickly. I cracked the phone face on my old phone (I'm a clutz). I wasn't happy with the picture quality of it,anyhow. Lol... I expressed to him that I wanted the cheapest phone with the best picture quality. He showed me 2 phones & had me set up for my purchase within 5 minutes of our interaction. Great salesperson! Of course the set up takes longer but, I'm giving him commends. He also helped me to pick out the case and a screen saver ASAP. I was wanting to get to the brass & tacks & he was very responsive, intelligent & knowledgeable of all of the products. “Ask for Peter Ung when you go in this store. Hooked me up with the pixel 8 pro and even got a $500 credit for an old iPhone that we thought wasn't worth anything. He is the only one at this store that will go above and beyond to help a customer get what they came for, others will simply tell you no, you don't qualify, without even pulling up your account.”
“I had an issue with gift cards, as the cashier wasn't able to print out the individual receipt with denomination, for each one. Word of warning, DO NOT leave the store without the receipt. My store receipt showed I had paid for each card and amount. When my family tried to use them, they were told "there's no money on the card" I returned to the store, showed my receipt to Customer Service Manager, Natassja, who, had to call the 800 number on my receipt. The lady at corporate office wanted photos of the back of the cards, which were gifts and no longer in my possession and wanted to "investigate the transaction". I had proof of my payment but the cards had $0, which Natassja had printed out. Bottom line, Natassja listened, understood the problem, kept calm and solved my problem. She was very pleasant through out my conversation with corporate office, who at the time wasn't being too cooperative.Thank you Natassja!”
